It was a wonderful buying experience. Hans and his staff were very helpful. The price was right. I asked for some special stuff to be done to the car prior to my purchase. Each and everything I asked for was done very quickly and very professionally. The cost for all the extra work was very minimal. Actually much, much less than I had expected to pay. I prefer that nothing ever go wrong with the car I bought from them but if it ever does somewhere down the road, I will hire their mechanic shop to take care of me. I just absolutely trust these guys. In summary, I would recommend Auto Collection of Murfreesboro to any close friend.

I bought a used car from them, very fair, clean carfax. Car started having problems and the air went out (3 months later)as it turns out the car has been in two major accidents, I found this out through my insurance. I took it back to the dealer to see if they would do anything- I believe they should because no one in there right mind would buy a used car thats been in two major accidents- they offered nothing. And fixing the a/c in this "new to me car" is going to be $1500 and who knows what else will go wrong with it. They have friendly staff but fall apart when faced with a difficult problem, I am extremely discouraged by this outcome. Would recommend double checking the "facts" they give you and wouldn't fully rely on the Carfax report.

Great experience dealing with Jesse. We did not buy on our first visit, no pressure from them. On our next visit, after more research, I shot them a fair price and it was accepted. They agreed to make minor repairs as well. Great experience from these guys. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely a great experience. I was back and forth trying to decide on which convertible I wanted to purchase. No pressure. Not pushy. No tricks. Down to earth people that truly value customer service. The team let me decide at my pace. It took a few weeks to decide and luckily the car was still there. Saw a car on the internet and read the reviews about the dealership. So I made contact with them and set up a time to view the car. Vincent meet me and showed me the car. I drove the car, worked out a deal, and left in less than an hour. Definitely worth the trip if you need a vehicle with a clean title.
