Me and my wife went to this dealer to look at a 2011 Lexus LS 460. The car was very nice, and we agreed on a price, and we returned later that day and picked up our new car. The next day I took my new car to my regular mechanic to have it checked out. They found an issue with with my car. I took my car back to the dealer, and they fixed the problem on the spot, no questions asked. The manager said ? If you find anything wrong with the car, we will fix it?. They did fix it, even though it cost a lot of money. They earned a customer for life , and I will tell all my friends about this dealership and how I was treated.

I went to this dealer to check out a Lexus LS 460 I saw on their sight. When I arrived, I was warmly greated, and they pulled the car up for viewing. Me and my wife took the car for a spin, and we loved it. We went into the office, and agreed on a price. I picked the car up and drove it home. The next day, I took my Lexus to my mechanic to just have it checked out. They found a problem, and I took the car back to the dealer, and the manager said, "No problem, I told you if you found anything wrong with the car, we would fix it", and they did. This is a dealership that is honest, even if it cost them a lot of money to fix the problem. I will surely return here, for their honesty, and their kindness to me and my wife.

After looking all over the state, I finally realized that I will have to go out of state in order to find a fair and honest used car dealer. And I did find it in Murfreesboro,TN with Autocollection !!!! The service and help was before AND AFTER the purchase of the vehicle incredible and promptly. They answered patiently and super nice a million of questions and sent extra requests of information always within less then one hour. The phone was always and every time I called answered and also extremely friendly and helpful. Having said all that --- I BOUGHT THE CAR SIGHT UNSEEN !!! --- and yet it was THE BEST AND FAIR deal I ever received. The car arrived in PERFECT condition and drives like a Charme. I have three kids getting ready to drive in the next three years and I for sure will only buy from Autocollection. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!! Especially when you have no time to travel for car shopping , but still expect a perfect vehicle for the price asked.
