Totaled our car in June and have been shopping relentlessly until yesterday. We had narrowed the decision to two or three make/model cars and were actually on our way to a dealership to pull the trigger when we passed this location. We were amazed when we saw the same car we were on the way to buy but with less miles and more features. Our salesman introduced himself and was very nice and helpful but not intrusive at all. Within 5min of stepping on the lot we were test driving our future car. No hassles start to finish. Fast, professional, friendly people. I'll definitely be back for more cars at this dealership. Absolutely one of the best if not the best car buying experiences I've had.

Looking for a car to replace the one my 16 year old daughter had until it was hit and totaled. Saw a 2010 Ford Focus with less than 38,000 miles on it on their website. I went over to the dealer on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and looked at the car in person. I was impressed so I emailed the dealership and told them we would be by Monday morning to check it out. They had the car clean and after copying my drivers license gave the keys to me and my daughter for a test drive. We took it out, check it out, and then came back and bought it. The vehicle was in great shape and since they had it already priced at the bottom end of the suggested retail value, we bought it. Very nice people and I have already recommended them to a friend who is car shopping. Oh, and my daughter absolutely loves her bright blue Focus.

I went to this dealer specifically for an auto I saw. It took a bit to agree on a price. However. That being said. They fixed everything I asked. Which was very little. They repaired some age thet I intended to do- they did it all. They even delivered my car to me half an hour away. They are reliable and stick to their word. Use them:) good cars

I don't usually write reviews, but I am compelled to do so for Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. My wife and I just purchased a 2014 Lexus CT200h from this dealership. You couldn't ask for nicer people. They weren't pushy, gave us space to discuss our decision and made the entire process super easy. They gave us a very fair price for our trade-in and also a great price on the new vehicle, which eliminated the need for haggling. They had also replaced all four tires and installed new brake pads, changed the oil and fluids and removed a few dents/scratches for us at no charge. Dealing directly with the owner is incredibly refreshing and really shortens the process. I highly recommend this great, family-owned dealership to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle in the Nashville area. THANK YOU!

The "family atmosphere" of this dealership is relaxed with a jovial sense of engaging the customers with a plethora of options. The professionalism of the staff as well as the willingness to go above and beyond led me to purchase a car from Auto Collection today. I am from North Alabama and made the trip to Murfreesboro. Their pictures and description were spot on - this pleases me greatly considering the 1 hour 40 minute drive. Thanks to the "cousin" who did nothing to stand in my way to get comfortable with the car I found from Cars.com, including allowing me to take the car for a test drive without inviting himself along. That's the kind of treatment a serious buyer wants to experience. I was treated with respect and with a little playful negotiation, we were able to settle on a price I was willing to pay for a car that seems solid and looks to be in fantastic shape to boot. The owner is an assuming gentleman who seems to be running a fine ship - gracious and kind to me while I was there. I apparently found myself competing with two other buyers for two black Infiniti G37 sedans. While one of the sedans was being test driven, I was lucky enough to find the second black G37 before the third buyer. Auto Collection must be doing something right because both of their black Infiniti G37 sedans were sold to the first two buyers, including myself. I found a minor issue with the sedan I selected, and the staff didn't hesitate to offer to make it right for me and did so while I visited the credit union to close the loan. When I came back, my G37 was sitting there waiting for me - ready for me to finish signing the papers and take possession of the keys. I'm pleased with my experience and encourage others to make the drive to Murfreesboro to visit this dealership that features quality, late model vehicles from a large variety of manufacturers.

This is a family business and you do business with the boss. They service what they sell, give a very fair deal, follow through with promises made, are super knowledgeable and over the top courteous. I flew in from Jim Falls, Wisconsin to buy a Grand Caravan outside of the "rust belt" and these guys had just what I wanted and it turned out to be the best vehicle purchasing experience I ever had. I initially saw the dealership got positive reviews and that meant something to me going in. I can now say that they DESERVE the great reviews and I feel compelled to leave another for them. Will I look to them for my next vehicle? You can darn well bet on that!
