Auto Collection of Murfreesboro

I absolutely hate buying cars from dealers--new or used. But, these guys really are great, and the process was easy and friendly. The car is fabulous and the price was absolutely fair. Thanks!

A little history about myself, I've been buying cars since 1986. I know and understand the car buying process. I've dealt with many dealers in the past. When I say that driving 4.5 hours to Auto Collection to buy a car might seem strange to some, call it "Divine Intervention". When I found the car I liked at Auto Collection (a one owner G37x AWD with less than 20,000 miles), I decided to read the reviews, not ever believing or placing my decision on reviews because I know that sometimes they are generated internally, but these reviews were answered by the dealership. I knew that they were honest. So, I ventured on to Auto Collection to look at the car. Not for myself, but for my daughter, who is an attorney that was somewhat skeptical of my reason for picking this dealership. We decided to meet at the location. I set up an appointment for my daughter and I to meet with Haun. When we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and they were already prepared for us to see and test drive the car. There was never any pressure to buy the car. Conversation was car and general. We felt like we were buying a car from family. They took care of all our concerns about the car, never wavering or making us feel uncomfortable. I'm not saying that they will commit business suicide to make a deal, but they'll come mighty close. I can't wait until my son graduates from Vanderbilt so that I can take him to this dealership to experience this excellent customer service. If you're looking for a car and you believe in "old time customer service", this is the dealership for you!

I just purchased my car from Auto Collection of Murfreesboro over the weekend. They are such a great group of people to work with. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and no pushy employees. Once I decided to purchase the car, everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The car was washed and ready for me when I arrived. If I ever buy another car, I will definitely buy from AC. (I'm not sure I will ever buy another car, though, because I absolutely LOVE my Mustang!!) :)

I came in on Sunday because a buddy of mine mentioned auto collection of Murfreesboro when I was talking about purchasing a preowned vehicle The only thing I knew when I arrived is that I was looking for a four-wheel-drive truck When I got there they had a variety of selections with many features I test drove about four of them and finally made a decision The company provide a car faxes for all of the vehicles in all of them were great Carfax reports I ended up purchasing a 2013 Dodge Ram. After the purchase we had a issue with the tire a few days later but they were very helpful and replacing it with no repercussions Hans and the other employees there at the dealership have done a great job and I will be returning to them in the future for all of my purchases

When I first arrived to the lot I was greeted by a very friendly sales person. I wasn't sure what I wanted to purchase so they should be around a lot and I was very surprised that their prices were pretty much unbeatable. I had been looking for cars for a week and one of my friends recommended them to me so that's why I made the drive from Nashville to Murphreesboro This was an exceptional car buying experience I felt no pressure at any point in the customer service was incredible I wasn't sure what bank would approve me but they found everything perfect for myself and my husband They got the right banks and everything on hand for most people to get financed. I promise if you buy a car they are you will find quickly that there is no one else better especially in the state of Tennessee. It was a very positive atmosphere and I will be returning to buy my grandson a car next year. Would recommend this car dealership to anybody

I never write reviews but for this buying experience I have ever have. The staff was amazing, efficient, honest kind and they have the best deals around. I would recommend anyone to Auto Collection. To me it could not get any better in s car purchasing situation

From start to finish the whole experience was absolutely amazing! Never have I felt so comfortable and relaxed while shopping for a car! Every single one of the staff members are kind and helpful and never make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. They really do their best to actually help you find the car of your dreams rather than trying to push you into something you don't want to do. They don't try to haggle or con you at all. As if the amazing customer service wasn't enough, we saved thousands compared to all the big name dealerships that we were dealing with prior to finding this gem! I can't recommend them enough! Don't go anywhere else to buy your car! Car-buying-heaven is right here!

The staff at this dealership is amazing! Very friendly and willing to help you. They made sure that the truck I purchased was in top notch condition, even though I wasn't paying a lot for it and getting financing was a breeze! I just can't say enough about the overall experience I had with them, it was such a pleasure to finally do business with a group of people that seemed to care.
