After calling a newer car dealership in Murfreesboro and getting the run around. Auto Collection took care of our needs and had us in the car we wanted at the price we could afford. This dealership is awesome. The people here are more very friendly and treat you like you are their most loyal customer, even though it is the first time you have been to their dealership. Very low pressure friendly environment. Process through the sale and paperwork was smooth and they explained all charges, no hidden fees. Great price on my trade in, more than other locations. Had the lowest price around for my car as well. Hans and Fred are great people to buy a car from. After a while had a minor problem with the car. Took it back to them and they fixed the problem without extra charges. They not only help you buy a car, but take care of you after the sale as well. Cant say enough positive things about this dealership.

When it came to customer service, Hans, Fred and Heather went above and beyond. The Auto Collection team was incredibly helpful before, during and after the buying process. Hans was very prompt about getting back to me concerning any questions that I had, he even answered his phone on Christmas morning! At age 77 I remember the good old days when dealers treated you like a real person. They came out of their office, shook your hand, introduced themselves and made you feel welcome. The people at Auto Collection in Murfreesboro did all of those things. From my first email, the owner, Hans, replied to my inquiries in less than 15 minutes. After exchanging 5 more emails and getting 42 pictures of the vehicle I was just overwhelmed by the customer service. Unlike most dealers I tried to work with over the internet, they respond with complete answers to questions. Never any of those worthless replies with the comment, "we can discuss that when you come in". I read all the other posts on this website and decided these people were the real deal. I drove the 55 miles from home and took the vehicle for a test drive. It was flawless and exactly as described in the ad. 17,000 miles, never smoked in, pefect inside and out. The transaction was perfect from start to finish. I got a great price, unbelieveable financing (better than any of the 4 new car dealers could offer me). I think you will find dealing with Hans, his twin brother Freddy and Heather an experience that will have you sending your frineds to Auto Collection of Murfreesboro!!!! The real plus here is if you come back next week or next year you will be dealing with the same people. This is a family business and not a salesman who might not even be employed at the other dealers when you come back tomorrow. Do your self a favor and give them a try.

I stop in to look at a car they had on the lot, it was a stick and I can not drive a stick. I told them what I was looking for and he took down all my info. A few weeks later I got a call that they had gotten a black Mustang that fit what I wanted. I went and looked at it and it was just what I had asked for I couldn't have pick it out any better.I bought the car, the process was so simple.when we did the paper work we mention that there was a taping nose when we first turned the heat on, just wanted his input on what it was. Two weeks later brought the car back so they could have the emsission testing done and when we picked it back up he said that they had fix the problem with the heat and even washed the car for me. I can not say enough good things about this dealership. If you want to buy a car from an honest person that stands behind the cars they sell then you should go here. I was not pressured in to buying anything at all.I am total happy with them and will only be buying form this lot

I purchased a 2005 chevy suburban and a 2006 Chrysler sebring convertible they gave me a great deal .The staff went above and beyond .And help me find a bank. Which made for a great experience .After the sale they call made sure everything was great. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a used vehicle for a great deal and great condition.

Facilities don't look like much, but don't let that turn you away. Very pleasant purchasing experience, and I feel that I ended up with a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. All personnel were very pleasant and helpful.
