Best customer service in the car business!!!!

I recently was in the market to buy a used car in Murfreesboro, TN. After a long process of searching at many dealerships, I stumbled across Auto Collection's website and decided to stop in to look at the cars in person. The sales process was VERY LOW PRESSURE right from the start. The prices are absolutely unbeatable!!! I ended up purchasing a 2010 Mazda 6 with 34000 miles on it. I researched the prices on the exact same vehicle at Carmax where it was listed as $1000 more. They do a great job assuring the quality of every vehicle that they have for sale and they are very ethical in their business practices. In my opinion, THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE IN MURFREESBORO TO SHOP FOR A CAR!!!!

Out of State Buyer, Helpful Dealership

I had been looking for a specific BMW E46 Wagon, and found the perfect candidate at Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. I quickly emailed/called to inquire about the car, asking about any rust, vehicle history etc. - The typical used car questions. I spoke with Hans (Presumably the owner) and he was extremely timely with his very helpful responses. I asked for pictures of the underbody of the car, wheel wells etc.. Within a few days he was able to provide me everything I had asked for. I also sent a friend ahead to inspect/test drive the car before my 5+ hour drive, and Hans put his mechanic to work on a funny noise that presented during the initial test drive. Hans assured me that many parts had been replaced to get the car into tip-top shape. I placed a deposit on the car, and went down to pick it up on a Saturday early afternoon - I was greeted on the lot with smiling faces and the keys to the wagon to test drive/inspect. The car was exactly as described.. very clean, and almost everything seemed to function as anticipated (to the level that can be expected for a used car with 135k miles on it). We completed the sale quickly and without a hitch, and after the check cleared I had a copy of the title in hand within 48 hour after. I only had one? issue with Auto Collection during this experience - Within 10 miles of driving the car off of the lot after we purchased the vehicle, the service engine soon light popped on - I wasn't immediately alarmed, but slightly disappointed. The car survived the trip home with no issues. After digging into the SES light, I am going to chalk this up to a faulty/worn/old gas cap. Very simple and easy to replace, however it's taken me a few weeks to determine this - Hans specifically mentioned the fuel cap as being replaced with a new item prior to purchasing the car, so now this makes me wonder.. what else that was replaced with "new" isn't actually new? (BMW changed the design/color of the gas cap due to excessive failures on their old models, so it's extremely easy to tell new/old apart). The clips on the front kidney grills were also in poor shape if they were still present - At the time of the test drive, I noticed that the kidney grills had been glued back into the front hood (glued to the painted surfaces!).. Chalked this one up to the previous owners' shoestring budget.. I'm starting to wonder about these as they've already fallen out again after less than 500 miles and 3 open/close cycles of the hood.. Were these "replaced with new" as well? I actually spoke with Hans regarding the SES light immediately upon reaching home, and he sent me a small refund along with the title to offset costs for repairs - This was a great good faith effort to right the wrong.. Overall, Auto Collection, Hans and his team were great to deal with - The communication and process was painless and quick, he answered all of my questions and made it a trip worth taking. Fair warning, their lot is packed so you may find yourself with a challenge of finding a place to park when you arrive..

when i arrived at the lot Mr. Hans had three phones going on at the same time , and was assisting another customer in person, and he still shook my hand and smiled and i told him what i was interested in and saw a rew other autos tha were of freat interest. i am looking for a truck and saw a van. and some other things of interest. So my wife might get a ride out the deal also.

Best car buying experience ever!

Hans was great to deal with from start to finish in the whole process. He was very quick to respond to any question I had via email or over the phone. The best part of the whole process was actually trading my car and buying the car from the Auto Collection! Hans is a person of his word, something very rare in this business. He was very reasonable on our trade in and I know we got a great value for a very good car on the purchase side. This will be the first dealer we talk to when we buy our next car!!

Best car dealer in town

I was looking for my first BMW and searching for that I got to meet Hans and Fred, who were able to help me to find that car. I ended making a good relationship that I ended buying no just one car instead couple more cars, even upgrading my wife's car. I always found this dealer as home, they treat you the way that you deserve. I'm really recommend to call these guys and ask them to guide you to the car that you are looking and they will help you with no hesitation.

Buyer Beware!!!

This company was most helpful and responsive in selling me a 2010 Nissan Frontier with a bad engine! I feel like an idiot as the check engine light came on as I was driving home. The customer service before the sale and after the sale are night and day! My experience is like dealing with wolves in sheeps clothing. Buyer Beware & Shop Elsewhere. I will be seeking resolution of this issue through other means as the offer to repurchase the vehicle was $$6,000 less than I paid for it. They could just resell it again to another unsuspecting soul! This is the WORST Auto purchasing experience I have ever had!

we are very sorry to hear about your experience and we never would intentionally sell anyone a used vehicle with problems. we do inspect our vehicles and some have higher miles and in most cases, we do recommend extended warranties . but you refused to buy the extended warranty if you remember. secondly, after requesting to repurchase the truck after 60 days of driving it, we offered to repair the vehicle at our cost and split the cost of repair which was fair but your also refused to do so. not sure how far we can go to make a customer pleased but we did go very far. the engine light came on for a simple reason of evap leak and it was repaired at your local Nissan dealer. not sure why they wouldn't tell you the truck had bad engine when you went there for service. also , it passed the emission inspection after the engine light was repaired and there was also no sign of bad engine then. so there must been an internal failure in engine that we couldn't predict in a truck with 95,000 miles when we sold it. you didn't drive off the lot with bad engine. again, we try to make everyone pleased knowing that we sell used vehicles but some people are very hard to please and we realize that. you have gone over and beyond to write reviews on several different sites when all you had to do was to give us an opportunity to prove you our integrity but you didn't and you refused our assistance in repairing the vehicle. we didn't offer $6000 less to purchase the vehicle . it was $4000 less due to tax, title, license and your explanation of repairs that had to be done. we also gave you a great deal and sold the vehicle for $6500 below Nada retail value. we also don't resell vehicles to other customers with problems if we know about the problem when we get a used vehicle. we fix the problem and then resell the vehicle. we spend $1500 in average in reconditioning our used vehicles to make them as new as possible before we sell them. our integrity means a lot here at auto collection and we tried to give you the best service but you refused to accept our service and assistance in this matter. for all other shoppers that are reading this review, please give us an opportunity and we will promise you that you will get the best service even though we sell used vehicles .

Great experience!

My wife and I purchased our first vehicle as a married couple last week and dealt with Haans and his brother Fred. We felt ZERO amount of pressure and actually enjoyed being at the car lot with those two. They are very honest, genuine people who were willing to stay late to help us purchase our car. We were recommended to them from an amazing mechanic and they had nothing but great things to say about their relationship with him and how they all help each other out. I had no plans of actually purchasing a vehicle that night but couldn't resist with how they treated us. He was willing to do a trade with with my junker which was amazing and helped us out a little more on the financial side of things. They even replaced two tires for us for free when our mechanic told us days later it would be good to swap them out. I would highly recommend buying from them when the time comes? Great people, very helpful, and very kind. My wife and I will definitely be returning customers when it comes time to purchase a second car later down the road!
