This review is especially for Afsheen and Iman who were really helpful and made our car buying experience fun and easy. Afsheen was very respectful, polite and never pushy. He explained everything in detail and then let us make up our own minds about purchasing the car. Iman was also very good and respectful. From the first time I talked on the phone with randle(director of internet sales) to the time I sat with Audi(sales associate) the experience was premium. (Can't remember the name of the financial advisor but he was amazing as well). The purchase of your first new car is normally an experience of disappointment from constant rejection, and fear due to impatient salesmen who become belligerent when they find out they have to deal with someone with lack of credits and probably minimal funds. Honda made the entire experience painless and worked with me vehemently changing my perspective about the car buying experience. Deeply humbled and forever grateful to the people of ocean Honda for welcoming me, with open arms, to the Honda family.

This review is strictly for Afsheen. Afsheen was great from the start, very kind and courteous and never pushed us to buy. He was very knowledgable on all of the vehicles and always ensured the customer was taken care of from start to finish. He was also VERY honest, if there was something he was unsure of, he made it a priority to find out and get back to us on it...rather that give us a mediocre answer. Afsheen is that genuine car salesman that every customer hopes to have, highly recommend to see him if you go to ocean Honda! You will be well taken care of!

She made me feel comfortable throughout the process & helped me get the car i always wanted (2015 Honda Civic). The process was super easy & fast! I only knew I wanted a used SUV that was reliable and affordable for me. I just happened to drive by the dealership on my way to Irvine and decided to see what they had. My sales person, Jessica, was sharp and friendly. She immediately found me options and I found my car. The car looks new, has a warranty and has been kept in great shape by the dealership. The owner of the dealership helped make the sale and was persistent but not at all pushy or obnoxious. He felt honest and genuine and I bought the car. Iman in finance was comfortable and professional to work with. The facilities were clean and up to date. The price for my car was extremely reasonable when I compared it. I couldn't not buy it, it was such a great deal. The whole experience was a good one and I would recommend the people and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

We had been looking to sell my car to a private party and buy a new Accord, and Ocean Honda gave me a great price on my trade in and matched the price from Another dealership. I wanted to use a local dealer, if possible, and we met Audi (the sales rep) who was super informative and offered us a great deal right away, without the back and forth that can sometimes occur at a dealership. We couldn't be happier with our new Accord, the sales rep, Audi, and the finance department, which already had a relationship with Schools First, my credit union. The whole process was simple, and they even had a little cafe where they made us snacks during the sales process.

We hadn't planned on purchasing a vehicle, but suddenly found ourselves in need. Coming to Ocean Honda was the best decision we could have made. Ivette Leon knew her inventory well, and has us in the perfect vehicle for our needs, as well as our wants, within moments. Iman got us quickly and painlessly through the financing. The Service Department immediately, and without question, addressed our single concern with the vehicle, and we drove off in a fabulous Certified Pre-Owned Honda 2010 CR-V with all the goodies. We had a wonderful buying experience, and, when the time comes to buy again, we will be returning to Ocean Honda!

We have been dealing with the Ocean Honda location for over 20 years for servicing and new car purchase. Our last two purchases have been with Nora Kelley and have been very pleased with her courtesy and service to my wife and I. We are happy as can be with our recent CRV purchase and thank Nora for helping us through that process. I even have to give mention to the service department over the years.
