There were a couple hiccups with the initial communication, or lack thereof, with this dealer that I think hindered my giving a better rating to Ocean SJC. However, the bottom line is I liked most the people we came into contact with and I would go back! Jessica was very, very helpful! This is my 4th CRV and she is head an shoulders above any other sales person I have purchased from! If you are in the market for a new Honda, try Ocean in SJC first!!

We bought our 2015 Honda Civic last weekend with the mindset that we were just looking not buying on that day. We have had past credit issues and did not want to put a down payment nor did we want to pay a high interest rate. We worked with Allen and he had a pleasant attitude and helped us from beginning to finish. We were pretty demanding and set on what we were requesting. We were working numbers when a gentleman by th name of Cappo came oUT to greet us. Unbeknownst to us he was the owner of the dealership and stated that he wanted to work and give us what we were asking. We not only bought the car, we put no money down, received a low interest rate and affordable monthly payments. We will definitely buy any further cars and recommend friends and family to Coast Honda.

I hadn't bought a new car in 10 years and was not looking forward to doing so. HOWEVER... when I met with Robert De Leon at Ocean Honda, my views of a new car purchase changed! Robert was so honest, patient and helpful, and spent time helping me evaluate the pros and cons of purchasing vs leasing a new vehicle. He was not even remotely 'pushy,' but provided me with helpful suggestions when asked, and gave me plenty of time to think about the decisions I was making. After the purchase, I was pleasantly surprised with Robert's dedication to ongoing service; he gave me his cell number and encouraged me to contact/ call/ text him at any time if I had questions or any problems with my new Honda. After we finalized the sales agreement, Nick in financing was also amazing. Again, no pressure to add on services or costs, although I appreciated his explanation of what was available.
