I went to Ocean Honda to inquire about a new vehicle because other members of my family had purchased their vehicles at that dealership, and because I was satisfied with the quality of their repairs on my previous Honda. Sales consultant Allan Fleisher paid extremely close attention to my somewhat complex situation--a car to trade-in from another state, not quite expired lease, very explicit color and option package requirements for the new Honda, etc. Ocean Honda had the vehicle I wanted, and Allan turned what could have been a long, tiring afternoon into a pleasant family affair. The test drive was fun, the buying process wasn't stressful, and Allan's obvious interest and humanity was both helpful and reassuring. The sales manager, the finance manager, the people prepping the car, were all very helpful and friendly. For me, the ultimate sign of genuine good customer service occurred the day after I purchased the vehicle. I had to return to turn-in a spare key for my traded-in Honda. I was greeted at the dealership by Allan and the others like a member of the family. They had already sold me the vehicle; as I had experienced so often before in post purchase situations, they could have treated me less like family. But if anything, they welcomed me more heartily than ever. Ocean Honda says that my relationship with them is just beginning. With my new Honda and my new dealership, that is certainly true!

Great Customer Service!!
I live in Nevada and went searching online for my new Honda. This was to be my 4th Honda Accord. I knew the exact model I wanted and Ocean Honda had the color combination I was searching for. I negotiated the price before I even made the trip out so there was no haggling at the dealership. They offered competitive pricing and the contract signing process was painless!! The customer service was beyond comparison.
I have never had a better experience when purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. Each and every employee in this process was Well versed on all questions asked.There was not one detail overlooked, and time was taken to explain every! question I asked. I have never felt more comfortable and safe with a purchase, as I have with Ocean Honda. If I had to say only one word to describe the company it would be Trustworthy. I PURCHASED A 2015 HONDA CRV FROM OCEAN HONDA AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, I TRADED IN A 2009 CRV AND I PERSONALLY WANT TO THANK DENNIS, ALAN AND FRANK FOR AN EXCELENT JOB DONE BY ALL. Bill Peters just sold us a 2011 Honda CR-V this past Saturday. I did my research on this car and he finalized the sale with ease. Although it was fairly busy, there was no rush and every detail was covered seamlessly. After the sale was final, he added that if we ever got in a bind and could not get the car in for repair, he would personally pick it up for us and bring it to the dealership. He went the extra mile and we are thrilled!

Ocean Honda Excellent all around serivce and sales
Ocean Honda In San Juan Capistrano ,excellent all around service and sales. I recently bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Afsheen Mirshafiei in sales. As requested we expedited the deal and I was in /out within less than a few hours.I have bought vehicles from other dealers and had the process take as much as 4+hours. Afsheen was straight to the point which I appreciated .He did not try to up-sell me on anything .My overall experience with Ocean Honda has been positive.I have had my previous Honda serviced there in a timely concise fashion.I truly would recommend Ocean Honda to any one looking for excellent customer satisfaction in sales or service. Great Service, Easy buying process
