We were looking for a CPO Honda Accord Hybrid and knew what price and model we were looking for. After shopping around from different dealers and car models, we found what we wanted at Ocean Honda. We contacted Aoude to test drive a car and came back a few days later. We usually avoid franchise dealers because of bad experiences with dealers from the past. We honestly have to say that Aoude and the team at Ocean Honda made it very pleasant to purchase and to go through the buying process. We offered a price and knew what we wanted. Aoude accepted our offer and respected what we wanted and didn't want from what the dealer had to offer. He went above and beyond to get the car ready and made sure the it went thru the CPO factory service inspections. He even had the bumper repainted due to a scratch that was covered up from a bumper sticker. It took a few days longer for us to receive the car but that was communicated to us and understood due the the effort it was needed to get the car prepared in top notch condition. We when we finally received the car, Aoude made sure that we had a full tank of gas. These little details that he does really had made a big impact on our car buying experience from Ocean Honda and first time Honda owners. We will definitely come back to Ocean Honda of San Juan Capistrano for any future car buying needs.
