Can you really enjoy a day spent at a dealership?

Can you really enjoy a day spent at a car dealership? You can if the dealership is Ocean Honda of San Juan Capistrano! I first leased a car here in 2016 with the help of Aoude. He went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. This time Aoude and I handled EVERYTHING by text! When I got to the dealership I only had to take care of the paperwork, my car was waiting for me. Employees went out of their way to say hello, and be friendly. Not in a salesman type way… just being friendly. The dealership is lovely with play area for children and a café for adults to relax and watch TV as well. I highly recommend Ocean Honda of San Juan Capistrano and AOUDE.

Aoude is the best sales consultant I have ever met

I bought a Honda HRV sport from Ocean Honda in San Juan Capistrano on March 19, 2019. The Sales Consultant, Safwart Aoude, was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgable and patient. He was not the stereotype car salesman. He took his time with me and was very understanding of my needs. He gave me a really good deal on my new car and could not be happier. I would highly recommend to anyone if you are looking for a Honda go to Aoude at Ocean Honda.

Nora Kelley, sales person

On Feb. 7, we bought a Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid. The sales person was Nora Kelley. Somehow Nora turned the purchase of a car into a wonderful and entertaining experience. Nora was informed, competent, professional, but more than anything unique. A friend, Dr. Roger Heuser, had bought a Clarity from Nora and he was enthusiastic about his experience. When I was ready to buy a new car, Roger insisted that I ask for Nora. I wasn't sorry. My wife and I enjoyed every minute and we have told a dozen people since about this compelling woman who made our day! I have had tens of dozens of people who work for me. Buying a New Car

I went in to simply test drive a Honda HRV AWD. Our sale car salesman, Johnny Palofox, readily got the car ready for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me during the test drive. My husband and I were very impressed with the car but wanted some time to talk it over. That was fine with Johnny. After awhile that day we decided to buy the car. The model and color we wanted was at the Whittier store and they brought it to us while we were buying the car. The car was in transit when we were finished with finance, and it was getting late. they offered to have it ready the next day by noon all detailed and filled with gas. this was the easiest car deal I've ever had. I love my new car !! Thank you Johnny and Ocean Honda.

Another awesome experience at Ocean Honda of SJC.

I have purchased my fourth vehicle from this dealership in the last 18 years due to their "no-pressure" sales technique - AND I have worked with the same salesperson for all my vehicles. Mrs. Nora Kelly has been nothing short of outstanding! She has streamlined the process so well that my last visit was no longer than 4 hours (some delay was caused by me forgetting my checkbook at home). One more thank you and a job Well Done to Mr. Randall Blaum who started my correspondence with the dealership and narrowed down my choice for the Ridgeline I was looking for. Again, a heartfelt thanks to Ocean Honda of SJC as I look forward to having another positive relationship with the dealership!

They are just great and professionals!

I just happen to do some shopping firsthand and ended with buying my suv; these guys who are warmth and make the transaction great and makes us customers feeling bless that some agents do extra effort. I would recommend these dealers again with friends ; although I go there because of the recommendation of friends too ! I tried and proved it good and deserving...

Scam ARTISTS!

Troy Wathen did a bait and switch on us today! He gave our family a price on a vehicle and once we got there he increased the price by $1800 after we already had a deal. Talk about Bait and Switch. A very long drive for nothing. They would be much more successful if they were and man of there word. DO NOT SHOP HERE! He says anything just to get you in the door.
