The whole car- buying process has been reinvented at Nelson Mazda - it was like nothing we have experienced. There was no pressure. I felt totally comfortable and confident when the last of the paperwork was signed and we left with the car we intended to buy. It was definitely NOT like the high-pressure dealerships of our last couple of automobile transactions - standing in the parking lot with a set of keys to a car with add-in’s, dealer packages, and options you didn’t need and had not even considered, thinking “That was a lot more money than the price on the windshield”.
