We love our new car

Much like a previous reviewer, we went to Nelson with a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Levi greeted us at the door and proceeded to take us on a test drive in a 2018 Mazda3 hatch. But not just any test drive. This Mazda dealer has mapped out what must be one of the best test-drive courses on public roads that you could hope for: curvy and hilly, with very nice scenery. It was perfect for highlighting that "Zoom-Zoom" Mazda factor. Throughout the process, Levi was engaging, entertaining, and self-deprecating. Although my wife hates buying cars, Levi actually helped her enjoy our visit. In addition, Levi and the rest of the sales team were accommodating enough to find our "perfect" car in Georgia and have it delivered, after which Levi picked me up in Nashville and drove me to the dealership for the sale.

Mazada3 Easy experience

Levi made my first car buying experience very easy. Test drove the mazda 3 got a quote that I was impressed with and asked how long the quote was good for and they said as long as the car is on the lot. Two weeks later I called Levi and bought the car. I was out of town so they got my windows tinted and put in rubber floor mats at a much lower price than I expected. When I came into pickup the car and do final paperwork I was out the door in less than hour. They even delivered the car to my house. Overall very easy no pressure experience.

Very Pleasant Car Buying Experience

Staff wasn't pushy, answered all my questions, and had no problem with me getting the car checked with another mechanic. Everybody was very friendly, and Levi even offered to give me a ride the next day to pick up the car. Excellent service and staff, definitely worth checking out when you need to buy your next car. Ask for Levi, A++++!

Unbeatable by Far

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had at this dealership. From beginning to end, each one of these guys worked hard to make the deal happen. They were friendly, understanding and genuine. I came in with a plan, and Levi set it in motion. Patrick got the ball rolling, and Cody finalized it all! David showed me how exceptional the extra values were to keep my vehicle in tip-top shape. Levi said it was his mission to bring joy to his customers in a no-stress environment, and, Levi, you did it! Thanks to the whole team!! There's no comparison!

Good experience overall

The friendly folks at Nelson Mazda made our car buying experience quite painless. Levi was professional and not at all pushy. He took us on a route that helped showcase the various features of the car. Both Lauren and he were a pleasure to work with.

The Nelson Experience

Over the past ten years I’ve been a Client off and on at Nelson Mazda locations in Middle TN. I have purchased a number of vehicles and test driven another handful. But what was amazing about today’s visit was I was selling my previous vehicle to them. Not only was the offer very fair, but the entire process was smooth and seemless. So if you’re looking to purchase or even sell a car I’d highly suggest you go visit VJ over in Cool Springs Nelson Mazda.

Mazda CX-5

Andrew is a great guy. Found me the new 2018 CX-5 that I wanted. I spent some time after I left the dealership exploring options, but nothing compared. I came back and was glad I did. Good deal and great car. Easy and professional sale. Thanks again!

GREAT Company & Great Customer Service

I found my Mini Cooper online. I called in & was directed to check in with Patrick/Cody. I arrived and was greeted with open arms. Tommy started the process & allowed me to take a test drive. He took me on a very scenic route which made the test drive experience 10x better. Throughout the car buying process, numerous staff came up to check on me & make sure I was comfortable. This Mazda branch should be very proud of the culture they have created. Each person especially Tommy went above & beyond to make sure this car buying experience was as smooth as possible. I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait to pay this car off and buy another vehicle from this Mazda branch!!!!

Our very positive experience buying a car to Nelson Masda

After doing a great deal of Internet study, we decided to start our search for a new car at Nelson Mazda at Cool Springs. Our plan had been to start there and then go to other dealers (Audi and BMW) in the area. Based on our extremely positive experience with the sales team (Tommy Duncan and Pat Robertson), and our being blown away by the quality of the Mazda 6 Signature model, we ended up starting and ending at Nelson Mazda. I would be embarrassed to say the number of new cars I've purchased (domestic and foreign), and I can say, without reservation, this was the best sales experience I've had. They listened to our needs, patiently showed us the options, worked with us on the pricing, so we ended up with a win-win. A great team and a great car.
