I was really worried about going over my mileage on my lease and paying extra. With ease and friendliness, Grace and Tom helped me roll into a new lease. I am grateful for their communication and informing me about the options I didn’t realize I had. I also want to say Thank You to Page Honda Service Dept. They are always helpful with scheduling my Lyft ride. I have never been told I had to wait 2 weeks to schedule an appointment like another dealership.

I stopped in on Saturday, was driving a new HRV on Monday. Painless transaction. My salesman is Ron. His knowledge of the brand is commendable. Highly recommend Page to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My daughter and I came in so she could buy HER first car.

My daughter and I came in so she could buy HER first car. The salesman constantly was talking to me, not her, with questions and comments. I was neither the purchaser nor the decision-maker. My daughter found this highly disrespectful and refused to return to check out future cars. Service is outrageously expensive compared to local mechanics. And why bother making an appointment when it takes over 24 hours to get your car back for a 2 hour job? They call to tell me that they need longer to work on my car, but their own tracker tells me that it sat there for 6 hours before even being inspected!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Page Honda, thanks to Mr. Faizan Waheed ! start to finish, the entire process was smooth, simple, .Faizan was incredibly knowledgeable, patient. Now I know why Honda page is so popular Because of employee Attitude , knowledge .

Great job from my sales rep Cleveland His broad range

Great job from my sales rep Cleveland His broad range of product knowledge was really evident. He was able to answer my esoteric questions. Great Job. However the dealerships internal technology needs help. It took at least three attempts to get my name correct on their internal data base. The on-line pre-approval site was buggy too. But the staff was all knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Now if they can figure out what's wrong with my cars' electrical system everything will be great.
