Our service desk person assigned to us was not good.

Our service desk person assigned to us was not good. Page was always been excellent but disappointed this time. TJ calmed us down. Our service rep was ridiculous & would not listen.

My experience at Page Honda of Bloomfield was excellent. Jon Quick, was frriendly, competet in helping my wife and me select and purchase our new Honda. All of the other employees with Whom we Realty were friendly and helpful.

I have been leasing from Page Honda of Bloomfield for

I have been leasing from Page Honda of Bloomfield for years and I have enjoyed all of the cars I have leased and working with Shaban to find the right car each time. I was at Page Honda the other day getting an oil change and check and I had a great experience with the service department. Ryan was my service advisor for the oil change and inspection checklist. Ryan was friendly, courteous, and pleasant. I had a question about the rear view mirror and he showed me how to best adjust the mirror. I waited in the lobby long enough to write an email, and my car was ready for me that quick! I recommended Page Honda, the sales and the service!

I enjoy being a loyal customer with this dealership because they were there for me when I had car trouble with my older Honda vehicle. Ron is a true blessing to have as my dealer and I look forward to continue my services with them.

Great service department.

Great service department. Very timely and knowledgeable. Does not try to sell you unnecessary items or procedures. Respects your time. Provides a nice place to wait. They even dropped me off and picked me up to do some shopping while I waited for my service.

Agree cent percent to the previous comment under the Profile Name 'V' on Goole Reviews - Being a Loyal Customer myself for 18 years their Service Dept. is gone from bad to worse. What is told to be done in priority of our preferences step by step is totally ignored & had to pay big Dollar Amounts due to their Negligence & Carelessness. All Marketing Calls received by me for Maintenance follow up to call back seemed a gimmick, as when reported to honor this call of invitation, the work paid for with problems within Warranty of part or addressing it over & over again, was not even cared for or asked to come by again to take care of the pending problem thus Useless a visit. There is "NO Automotive Peace of Mind" contrary to their Service Department received emails which say so. Calling for an Appraisal of Your Car is a way to get you in their Page Honda Bloomfield Dealership... !!!!
