Pierce did an excellent job!

Pierce did an excellent job! I am unsure if anyone else was involved working on my car, but he was very friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, accommodating, and efficient whenever communicating with me and with the overall quality of service provided on my vehicle. Service was above and beyond what I expected, and I will be returning the next time I need assistance.

Super irritating to set up an appt to see a car, confirm

Super irritating to set up an appt to see a car, confirm appt, leave work early to make appt, drive 45 mi. To be told that the car sold earlier & it’s not there….. and I got no communication. Better yet- I got an email next day “sorry we missed you yesterday, were you still interested in seeing the car?”
