Super irritating to set up an appt to see a car, confirm appt, leave work early to make appt, drive 45 mi. To be told that the car sold earlier & it’s not there….. and I got no communication. Better yet- I got an email next day “sorry we missed you yesterday, were you still interested in seeing the car?”

When I think of how Page Honda treated us, the word that comes to mind is “scummy.” My wife and I bought a Prius here and literally ten minutes off the lot my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the air conditioning went out (lovely on a 95 degree day). Before I got home, I also got a dashboard light for the brake system. When I called to try to get Page to make the situation right, I was passed around from person to person before finally getting passed to Tyler, one of the sales managers. He was rude and pushy, interrupting me every time I tried to explain the situation and how disappointed I was. He refused to do anything to make the situation right with a refund or helping get the car repaired. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Shady, shady, shady. If you’re trying to buy a car, go anywhere else
