I received exceptional service from Sheehy.

I received exceptional service from Sheehy. Shabir was my sales associate and led me through the process without a hitch. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered without any tricks or gimmicks. The entire dealership was helpful, pleasant and offered efficient service. As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone. The manager at Sheehy was knowledgeable and understood how to close a deal.

I dreaded the car-buying experience until I started

I dreaded the car-buying experience until I started buying Subarus at Sheehy. Now on our fourth Outback, it's like visiting old friends. Shabir Baba helped us buy our last two. He doesn't sell cars; he helps us find the right car. I can't imagine the process being made any simpler. Even the tedious process of filling out all the paper work with Muhammad Ali has been automated to make it painless.

Horrible experience here.

Horrible experience here. Worked with Mohamed who unfortunately was either not very knowledgeable and/or honest. Asked to read the warranty before purchase and dealership would not provide. Asked a second time and was given something that had absolutely nothing to do with the warranty but Mohamed claimed it was (a total misrepresentation). It was totally unnecessary to lie like this to sell the car. I complained to Mr. Barr who did not respond appropriately. Big waste of time here and totally unprofessional.

Chris La Porte and Chris Barr provided me with absolutely incredible customer service! I want to share my recent experience at Sheehy Subaru Springfield. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I want to commend my Sales Consultant, Chris La Porte, and the Sales Manager, Chris Barr, for their exceptional professionalism and genuine demeanor. In October 2021, they assisted me in leasing a 2022 Subaru Impreza Sport, and I left with a new vehicle that day. In September 2024, when my lease was nearing its end, I returned with the expectation that Chris La Porte would help me find a vehicle and a suitable deal. After doing my homework, I visited Sheehy Subaru Springfield, intending to drive away with a new car. Once again, I discussed my needs and preferences with Chris La Porte, and after selecting a car I liked, I worked with both Chris La Porte and Chris Barr. Their extensive sales experience was evident, and their approach was relaxed without pressure. I'm grateful to Chris Barr for his help and for standing by his word. He found a way to make the deal work in my favor, and I left with a brand new 2024 Subaru Ascent Onyx. Lastly, I'd like to thank Finance Manager Mohammad Ali for his patience and for staying late to finalize the deal.

I've been shopping at Sheehy Subaru since 2013 with Chris

I've been shopping at Sheehy Subaru since 2013 with Chris Laporte and am on my fifth car with them! Chris always takes great care of me and makes the car leasing and buying process very easy. I don't feel like we have to haggle or go back to the dealership a million times to get the best price on a car. I appreciate the care that Chris takes to make sure that I understand all the numbers and what's needed to get the best deal and to make the decision that's best for my family.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2025 Forester

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2025 Forester Touring. The process was stress free and pleasant. Chris Barr and Bee Mirza were both very thorough and knowledgeable. They were able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs . This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 3 hours. Aras in the finance department was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I will be recommending others purchase their vehicles from Sheehy. The entire process could not have been more seamless or pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!
