I was very imressed with the attention and service at Sheehy Subaru. My sales man, Shabir Baba, was phenomenal! I purchased my car March 31 2024, and it has been the best car buying experience of my life!! I had visited another car dealership (Toyota) prior to coming to Sheehey Springfield. I am so glad I stopped that day!! Shabir Baba was so helpful, gave me lots of info, no hard sale, and showed me the bells and whistles on my new car. Shabir made it happen for me-the sale-no hard sale, very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. He asked questions to see what type of vehicle would suit me, (I chose the mid level imprezza sport). He Pointed out options to add (for service, extended contracts etc) if I wanted. Pointed out all the safety features. Boy have cars changed over the last 15 years! Everyone at Sheehey was great, from the manager to finance. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Shabir!

This is my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Subaru. Overall, the experience was a good one. Chris Laporte was very helpful in providing information about the Subaru Legacy and a good overview of the many features of the car. It didn't take long to reach a mutually agreed upon price including a vehicle trade-in. All of the representatives of the dealership I interacted were professional and the process for buying my new car was relatively quick and easy.

Terribly rude business. Scheduled an appointment to see a car, they sold it and did not call to cancel my appointment. Wasted 90 minutes of driving because they couldnt be bothered to call

Chris Laporte and Mohammad Ali made buying our car a breeze. Chris was extremely transparent with what we were paying for and gave us what we wanted with a Forester. Mohommad really streamlined the navigation of financial documents and helped us complete the purchase faster.
