Hands down the BEST dealership around! TRUSTWORTHY, TRANSPARENT, DEPENDABLE, FAIR. They have earned my ongoing loyalty and devotion. Several years ago I moved away, but I so love and trust this dealership that I continue to drive 90 miles (each way!) just to have Sheehy Subaru of Springfield service my car. Once you try them, you'll never go anywhere else!

I did not have an appointment -on a Friday afternoon- but the garage took my car right away. I explained the problem. Immediately my car was lifted and the problem was fixed. I previously went to 2 others dealership but both did not resolved it. They should have noticed a flat tire. Sheehy fixed it and happy I went. The cherry on the cake? I was not charged for the repair.!! I will be returning.

I have had excellence evererery step of the way, for the 5 years of my relationship with this dealership. Highly recommend.

Chris Laporte has been in the business for a long time - he knows everything about the vehicles on the lot and helps find solutions as part of a complete sales experience (like connecting me with the Service Manager to get a discount on a tow hitch installation for a new car purchase).

The people provided good service and good explanations about the cars and they gave us a fair price.
