We were referred to Sheehy of Springfield for service by Subaru Corporate because other dealerships dismissed our concerns that the oil pan was leaking. Trevor and the rest of the service team did a great job validating that there was a problem with our car and fixing it. Thank you so much!

Chris LaPorte made my car buying experience so easy. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different options that are available. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. The finance office was also easy to work with. Overall my experience with Sheehy was great.

3.2025 My experience buying a new Subaru Forester Touring Ed was the best I have ever had with a dealer. The team of Hoang Nguyen (Sales Consultant), Chris Barr (Sales Manager), and Mohammed Ali (Finance) were extremely responsive to my initial inquiry, went out of their way to get my customized vehicle in 1 day, and made the buying experience easy. Sheehy Subaru is a lifesaver.

Sheehy Subaru is a lifesaver. I had a really negative experience trying to trade in my old dinosaur of a car and upgrade to a new 2025 car. I came in an hour and a half before closing and luckily had Jay Adorno assist me in buying a new car. I heard good things about Subaru cars, but I was worried about all the new high tech features that I wasn’t familiar with. The previous dealership was pushy and didn’t explain the features of their “best, new car that could outcompete the outback”. They just wanted to make a sale so I walked out. Their car didn’t even feel better during my test drive. Jay was calm and so helpful. I didn’t feel judged or incompetent at all when I asked him a bunch of questions about my new crosstrek. He connected me with Mohammad Ali in the finance department who also calmly walked me through the final sale. I will always come back to Sheehy due to these two, and anytime I hear that someone needs a new car I will be recommending this dealership too. I am so glad I am apart of the subaru family and cannot put into words how grateful I am that I bought my new car from Jay.
