Absolutely zero pressure, friendly and knowledgeable sales consultants, finance managers that won’t rake you over the coals. And an after-purchase re-orientation to cap it all off. The car was nice, but the dealership was not trying to
The car was nice, but the dealership was not trying to come down on the price. The sales person even mentioned he just started working there only for 7 months and he is just trying to “eat.” The manager didn’t want to negotiate but only $600 off the car when the Kelly blue book value for the car was much less with the type of miles and condition of the car all taken into consideration. The salesman even mentioned that they have been really slow which could have been the reason why the manager would not come down. He tried to use my wife’s degree to justify the reduction in $600. There were so many moving pieces that were a turn off. They kept complimenting me on my attire, my wallet, sizing me up. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE‼️ We have brought more cars not from the particular location, but the vibes were off and suspect. Will be doing business elsewhere. The salesman was Sayed and the managers name was Chris!!!
Price quote for service vs actual $$$$$
I have used this dealership for over 12 years, have purchased 2 Subarus here and used them for all servicing. Upon my 60K svc on my Crosstrek I called to make appointment and book loaner. I also inquired about the expected cost for the 60K svc. I was given a price of $599. For the service. I was surprised as I was thinking it would be mor like $1000. A nice surprise indeed. I got everything booked and completed as promised with no additional needs or charges. The bill was $1500 ! Needless to say I was very surprised. I expressed my concern to my service rep Cee and he looked surprised and had no answer for me. Not even an offer of bringing in his Mgr to address this price jump or reasoning behind the individual booking and quoting prices had no clue of what she was quoting. I reviewed this situation on the dealership main site page for “ contact us” with no contact or explanation from the team. Quite surprising as they have been excellent on customer service in the past. This makes me wonder now.

Mr. Sajjad Bhatti got me a super deal on a 2023 Outback
Mr. Sajjad Bhatti got me a super deal on a 2023 Outback that had just been delivered. I was prepared to buy a used 2020 Outback with 24,000 miles on it from another dealer but for $1,500.00 more he got me it he new car which I love. He also got me a great deal on my trade in. The process was seamless and stress free. The finance adviser, Mr. AJ Javadi, got me a great rate and discount on the VIP club membership I requested with the car and wrapped up all the paperwork quickly and I was on my way. This is the second Subaru I’ve purchased from Sheehy and I couldn’t be more pleased. Their VIP service is excellent too. I don’t have to worry about trying to remember when to get my car in for service as they let me know it’s due.
