2011 Chrysler Oil Change, Multi point inspection

The multi-point inspection did reveal two areas in need of service. Robert Florip, the Express Lane Service Advisor was excellent in explaining the process and benefits of the Fuel Induction service and Cooling System service while allowing time for my questions which I really appreciated.

Loving their "Flash Sales"

Wanted to find a "great deal" vehicle that would work for me in my business. They happen to offer what they call "Flash Sale" on selected inventory. They offer a bottom line "non negotiable" figure for a very limited time. Then if the vehicle remains unsold, it then goes to auction.

oil change

needed an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection before going on vacation to florida. all were on earlier than expected. i even got an on line report of the vehicle inspection! great job!

Good Experience

I’m new in area and it was time for an oil change on my jeep wrangler. Decided to take it to Preferred Jeep Dealership in Grand Haven. Had the pleasure of working with Zach in the service department. He took good care of me. When I explained to him that I wasn’t ready to purchase a part for my car that I could do without right now, he didn’t high pressure me. I appreciated that. In fact, everyone I met was helpful and courteous even to the nice gentleman who retrieved my lost glove. Thanks guys! I’ll be back. Nancy Taylor

Purchased VW Touareg. Great Service and Experienc

Purchased a Volkswagen Touareg in Jan 2020 from Preferred Chrysler of Grand Haven. Salesman Tasi was helpful and worthy. He arranged for a timely hitch install and followed up on getting it done. The Finance guy uses a preprinted checklist to ensure all steps for sale and transfer get properly done. All car buying would be much improved with sales people like Tasi.

What happened to, I don’t know, let’s find out”

It used to be that you ask a dealer for a part, and they dig relentlessly to find it. Went into Preferred Ram parts, stuck behind old, used parts and boxes, and asked for hubcaps for a 2015 3500 dually, that I upgraded with factory Alcoa wheels. He said that I needed the VIN. I said that the originals were replaced with factory rims. He didn’t bat an eye and said he couldn’t help me! I had to find a VIN! Off a truck I didn’t have! There was not any thought of trying to look and help find one, just that he wouldn’t help look for a part that was on 7 years worth of trucks. Very disappointing.

Bed place to buy the car

I tray t buy 2008 Volvo XC70 and after I gave them all information to buy car they told me I need co-sign with great credit and putting my pay off trade as down payment. I was with sales person Mike and never call me back after running my credit and trying to buy the car

No Service after the sale

Love the truck, but once I walked out the door "service after the sale" was non-existent. Truck has potential transmission issue that was identified/reported in the first week. For three months I have tried to get assistance to get in fixed. Weeks would pass with no response and I would have to call/email again. Eventually I reached out to Mike Vanderplow and Nick Rynberg for assistance. Over two months (!) later they've not once responded to multiple emails or phonecall. My 90 day window is over.

NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Very unprofessional staff, the 4 others that were not helping us were talking about personal life things that shouldn’t be discussed in front of customers, we were also promised the car would be detailed when we picked it up, apparently to them that means a xxxxty car wash and a quick wipe of the dash, but not vacuum out the dirt and crap under the seats or on the floors. The sales guy also to the car “to put some gas in it” while we waited 45 plus mins to sign paperwork with the finance guy and apparently that meant he was gonna literally put in like as than 5 gallons because the car was under 1/4 of a tank when we left, it bought multiple used and new cars from different dealers and they have always come with a full tank of gas, they are more worried about making money and saving them selfs a dollar than making customers happy, this was my first and last time dealing with and of the “Perfered” dealer ships, apparently the prefer themselves more than they do their customers, never again will I deal with the idiots there or at any of their locations. I am one unsatisfied customer
