Deplorable customer service

I do not recommend this dealership for service or vehicle acquisition. Rick Case simply does not value repeat business. For the third time my name isn't "Thad". I have corrected this twice before yet the Rick Case Maserati team still can't address me correctly. The lack of overall customer service I've received at this dealership has been horrible, specifically by Jorge, who communicates without professionalism, empathy, or a genuine effort to address the issues presented. I even preference my last two service appointments with the fact that I'm in the market to upgrade my vehicle, yet the deplorable customer service continued. This is obviously a major deterrent for returning.

Good service

I have a good expirience, Juan Guerra was my service advisor and it was a pleasure. My car got fix was no problems. I will return to this location in the future.

What a great experience

I have purchased over 100 cars in my lifetime and Rick Case’s team was by far the best I have ever experienced. Felix is the most pleasant professional I’ve ever dealt with. He is a man of unparalleled integrity and very transparent. As long as Felix is selling cars, I will be his customer for life. BRAVO!!

BEST STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Rick Case Alfa Romeo has the best staff! They are truly one of a kind and extremely helpful. The process was quick and painless. Great communication. No pressure, didn’t feel rushed. Everyone was polite and professional. Jeremy was my salesperson and he went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful! Thank you Jeremy.

Maserati ghibli service

Juan was the best at customer service. Also, Guillermo was very helpful. Definitely recommend this location for purchasing or service. Made an appointment for my ghibli and got my car back when promised.

Juan is very considerite when it comes to my car

Beautiful dealership. Clean cars and staff. Especially Felix great guy. Juan knows these Italian cars pretty well. Great guy. Everyone loves my car. I would definitely buy another one someday
