Maserati
Came in to buy a Maserati Ghibli and Albert Cruz was our salesman. Our experience at this dealership was exceptional, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions we had. Albert was not only attentive but joked around and made the process much more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and I will for sure be back to purchase my next vehicle!

New Buyers Beware
3 minutes ago- Since my visit to Rick Case for a lease of a new Alfa Romeo, alot of things have come to light about this dealership that everyone should know before going. 1st the car that was given to us had underbelly damage that the dealer was aware of and tried to get away with not repairing. We had mentioned some visible scratches to the dealer which were repaired but major damage to parts of the undercarriage that were not seen by myself during the initial visit were there and visible to the dealer at the time of the repair were overlooked by the dealer purposely. After bringing it to the dealers attention they did repair it, but I felt if I had never mentioned it it wouldn't have been repaired and something I would have been liable to pay for when the lease was returned. Second, The automobile that we traded towards the Alfa Romeo was agreed to be purchased by Rick case, and the last 5 payments of the lease paid for by Alfa Romeo As part of a promotion for new customers. Almost a month later we checked with Porsche to see if the loan had been satisfied, Porsche informed us that only the lease payments had been made but the car was not paid off. This was disturbing as per our agreement they were purchasing the car to leave it with them on the lot and to remove the insurance. The car was placed for sale in their used car lot section I personally saw it myself. But after I questioned them as to why they didn't pay the loan off they said they changed their mind and they were going to bring the car back to Porsche. I believe they had no intention To pay the car off they were waiting to see if it would sell on their lot and if it did not they would have brought the car back within the 5 month period. As Porsche explained to us we were liable for that car while it was on their lot or in anyone else's possession until the lease is terminated or the buyout was complete. 3rd they had put our credit through with Chrysler who owns Alfa Romeo, After putting the credit through and we signed a lease the agreement stated that we would be charged 25 cents per mile for any mile over. They contacted us a couple of days later and said they had made a mistake and it would be 50 cents a mile. After an argument they decided to put the credit through Ally. They were able to get the miles over down to 20 cents so that they would not have to pay the difference if we went over. I have no problem with that but without our permission they ran our credit 5 times lowering our credit rating. There was a lot of slightly things done during this one deal with Rick Case, It will be our 1st and last transaction with this company. Our attorney is processing paperwork to file with the state attorneys office and we will be updating this review in the future. Please be aware and careful when dealing with this dealership. Like

GREAT experience
I went there to look at the Stelvio and ended up leaving with a new car. The entire experience was AMAZING!!! The service and assistance from Albert and his managers (Maria, Fred and Chris) was fantastic! They were very informative and helpful with my requests. The building was impeccable and the transaction was smooth. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family! I will definitely be back in 3 years!!!!!

Purchased the 2019 Giulia. Jeremey was a great help facilitating the deal. The attentiveness of all Alfa employees was exceptional. Fred was a great help also in making the deal happen. Hope this my first of many Alfa’s!
