Glockner South Point Ford

I had been looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for almost a year when I found one at Glockner. Quander was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was respectful and easy to deal with. Several other sales consultants introduced themselves to me while I was there. Everyone was friendly. It was an extremely hot day and Quander made sure I had cold water to drink while we negotiated a deal. The dealership itself was very clean and comfortable. A price on the vehicle was agreed to and they went out of their way to help me get a better finance rate than what my bank could offer me. I am very happy and satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Glockner to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We stopped in at the Glockner Dealership just to look at the new Fords. This was to get and idea of what the cost was since we really needed a new car. Mr. Howard was at the car when we got out of ours. He showed us some new ones and asked what type of payment we wanted. We told him and he found a 2011 Ford Taurus for us. It was just what we wanted. He worked really hard to make sure we drove it home. There was a small scratch on the passenger rear fender and the repaired that. Over all our experience was really one we won't forget. It would be nice if all dealerships worked as hard as they do at Southpoint. We will recommend them to everyone. We love the car and the ride is so comfortable. The sales consultant was very helpful. The consultant made sure we understood all the specs of the truck. He was very courteous when we wanted to take time to think about the truck.

First off I am a disabled Navy veteran and am on a fixed income and I had been told all week no by every shady dealer around that I couldn't buy what I needed due to my credit and income (Due to my late wife's recent death, I lost over half are income) and they kept try to pawn off to me clunkers. I felt that I was at my wits end when my daughter totaled my lovely F-150 King Ranch and was becoming very depressed then I went to Glockenspiel Ford in South point Ohio and met Terry Howard and not only did he make possible for me to get a 2010 Escape but made me feel like a real person again! Had plans to shop all dealerships. Stopped by South Point Ford on a referral by my tax accountant. Terry Howard was friendly and very informative, we discussed what I wanted in a new truck and what I was willing to pay. Terry came up with a price I could not walk away from.

Terry Howard is a great salesman. He knows his products and spent the necessary time with us explaining how to operate this vehicle and all of its electronics. Trading cars with Terry was virtually painless, no high pressure sales pitch and no run-around with a sales manager. Dealing with Terry was a very pleasant experience, start to finish.
