Glockner Ford is the best place to buy a car. Employees go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Terry Howard was our salesman for the 2014 Ford Focus we just bought. We are very happy with Terry. He is an excellent salesman! He explains everything and gets you what you want and need. He has many years of experience, works very hard and he really cares. We are very pleased with our overall experience and we just love our new car!

Terry was extremely helpful in my used Ford Explorer. He knew the history of the vehicle & has it cleaned & detailed 4 me before I test drove it. Very helpful in the negotiating. We were experiencing problems with our 2008 Ford 350 truck and the service department was not able to pinpoint the problem. The manager suggested we come to their dealership and talk to their sales team to see if we would have an interest in replacing the truck. After only one trip, the sales team was able to locate a new truck that met (and exceeded) our requirements. The Glockner staff picked up the vehicle and brought it back to their dealership the next day. Steve took down our "want list" and located the truck; Monica generated the paperwork, and Fred reviewed all the features of our new 2014 Ford 250 with us. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received. Hats off to the team at Glockner South Point Ford for a job well done! We are a three-peat customer.
