Glockner South Point Ford

I am loving my new Focus everyone at South Point Ford. Thank you everyone for your help. Thank you Fred H. for all your hard work and for letting me see that driving a smaller car is not so bad since i have been use to owning bigger vehicles in the past. I have bought several trucks for my company from Glocker over the years from Sam. I just purchased two more and couldn't be happier with them. My guys and I are fairly particular about what our needs are for the job we do and Sam is always able to find me just what I need. Great job, Sam!

i just wanted to tell everyone Thanks So Much @ South Point Ford . you all were great helping me get my new-used car. I was immediately greeted by Rocco and he jumped right in to help me. He later brought in Quander Wilson who was just as helpful. He asked questions to find out what was best for me. He never stopped trying to find a car I loved. It was such a welcoming environment and I felt comfortable right away. I felt they truly wanted what was best for me!

First let me say i'm so glad that we now have Glockner Ford dealership. They believe in the highest level of service and they do deliver that. I went to see the new Ford Escape and had the privilege of meeting Terry Howard salesmen who was excellent in his service to me. He had the exact vehicle that I wanted. He was very efficient with the process from the beginning to the end. He took me through the whole process of learning all the controls on the vehicle and was very patient with me as I had lots of questions. Overall I have to say the experience was excellent and all the staff I encountered was very friendly. Will highly recommend Glockner South Point Ford.

Even though the power went out and we had to make a return trip t get my new car, everyone was wonderful and made it a great experience!

Sam was wonderful. He made sure I knew everything that was going on as soon as he found out. Very caring,friendly, and smart. Would recommend to everyone.

I called in to inquire about a used CRV that was on the website. They had it at another location but had it transferred to a closer location for me. When I went in everyone was very nice and pleasant to speak with. In dealing with them they were willing to work with my target price and we're very flexible to get the cost where I needed it. Overall I had a very good experience and would recommend Steve at Flock nervous to anyone.

My experience was great Quander has a Excellent personality ,and lots of knowledge on sales, i would recommend him and JT to anyone needing a vehicle, and its ok to beat them up a little on pricing, they will work with you and get you in a vehicle. thankx tom
