We came here looking for a commuter car for my husband, and he could not be happier with the little red Toyota Prius we purchased. Johnny was our salesman, and he was AWESOME! We showed up about 30 mins prior to closing, but we knew exactly what we wanted. They had it ready for us when we got there, and the entire process was lengthy, but smooth and easy. There was a lot of waiting--not easy with our 3 fidgety kids--but we showed up right before closing, so that was our fault. Our finance guy (I think his name is Sean) was also wonderful. He was VERY generous with our trade and even knocked a few hundred dollars off the price without us even asking! We could not have asked for better service, and if at all possible, we will purchase our next car from them, too (I'm looking to buy for myself, now). My ONLY complaint is their internet sales dept. The car we purchased Thursday night (3/31) is still listed on their website. Also, it mentions "holiday specials" (Black Friday specials!). ??? Since I am looking for a car, too, I wish they'd update their site. I would seriously LOVE to purchase another vehicle from them, but I'm not sure what part of the inventory is updated. Again, the overall experience was awesome. I highly recommend the dealership, and I especially recommend Johnny!

I had an we owe from the dealer for the spare tire that is missing after 3 months. Called them over 5 times, even texed the sale person, they don't give any indication that they care. Called the office still don't have the tire. Just won't go there again.

Matt was very willing to help in any way he could. It was obvious he was very busy, but made sure to make us a priority and got the job done.

Used USAA Car Buying Service to locate car and dealership. Purchased a car November 7th 2015 with cash. STILL do not have a tag or title. The Dealership Manager referred me to their corporate title department who has given me the run around for the past several months and referred me back to the Dealership Manager. Once again, given the run around on it being someone else's responsibility. Bottom line, I have a fully paid for vehicle in my driveway that I have not been able to drive for 2.5 months with no explanation or compensation. Do not use this dealership unless you want to throw away time and money.

I am really impressed with the great service and my experience at ALM Mall of Georgia. The Salesman this location was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, extremely personable, and communicated the entire car buying process well. However Priscilla was very knowledgeable and patient with us during the whole process which made the difference. I give her an excellent rating. I am very happy with our decision to purchase. The customer service was excellent the buying process of course was easy and the facilities were great! The only problem I have with them is my actual vehicle. My car has not given any problems mechanically but the exterior is the problem. They put a stripe on my car to cover the scratches along the side of the vehicle also my car bumpers have been altered to hide previous damages. I just don't appreciate them hiding little things like that from me because if I knew those damages were there I would have bought another vehicle instead of the one I purchased. And also the spray painted certain parts of the interior of the vehicle to hide markings. Which is why I gave them only 1 star in terms of my overall experience because it's hurts me when trying to resale the vehicle. Not a bad dealership but make sure you take the time to really analyze the vehicle your looking at.

This dealership is dishonest. Dont trust them and dont buy from them. Tried to buy 2009 jeep was told that check engine light was on but not to worry that it was illeagal fir them to sell a car with a light on that would prevent car from passing emmissions. When I called back to discuss payment and timely fixing of the vehicle, I was told that they were not going to sell the car because they were NOT ALLOWED to put money into a car with more than 150k miles (this one had 175k). This car was advertised for sale on 3 website plus their own and in the front of their lot with the sale tag on it. Someone will be very disappointed in this car. Im sure they will be happy to sell it to someone that doesnt take it anywhere to be inspected. They thought that was going to be me, but they were WRONG. Dont buy from them. My saleman (Keonn) was very nice but his dealership cant be trusted.

Johnny Bass at ALM @ Mall of GA is the best. He went out of his way to make the car buying experience great. We drove on the lot and looked at about 5 different vehicles without assistance. He came running toward us from the back lot after I decided to leave because no one approached us. He went the extra mile to find the perfect car!!
