Overall great experience! Although I ended up not buying the car Aashad answered all of my questions to his best ability. I was very indecisive and he was patient with me throughout the whole process. Very pleased with the customer service!

I'm normally really picky when it comes to buying anything, so I normally take a long time to make decisions. However, Aashad was really patient the whole way through and made me feel comfortable as a customer. I looked at multiple cars and not once did I feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to explain all the features and answered every question I had. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership.

I was very impressed with the website to store experience! I purchased 2 vehicles from ALM. My vehicles were selected online 2014 Mercedes, 2012 Infiniti, when I walked in, my salesman, Josh Marshall was there to greet me. The vehicles I selected online were exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. For example, I purchased an Audi A5 from ALM without visiting the dealership, as I already knew what car I wanted, based on both prior experience and research. Pricilla helped me get a fair price for the Audi A5, and even arranged to have my new car deleivered to me within 24 hours here in Charleston SC, which is more than a 5-hour drive away. The car is beautiful and even exceeds my expectations! I would gladly do business with ALM again and would ask for Pricilla by name in doing so. Thank you!

Worked with Dawson at ALM Buford and he was very responsive and direct with information. With some back and forth dealer/customer negotiation, we came to a great deal with a trade and vehicle purchase. They offered way more than any other dealership offered for my trade. His team worked the numbers to meet what I was looking for in payments. Great buy and would use their services again!

I had two interactions with ALM - Mall of GA: I sold my SUV and bought an SUV. Both of which were made extremely easy by the efforts of my Sales Person - Marcelo Guevara. He worked with me quickly and provided a very good offer on my SUV; then a week later he called me stating they had the exact SUV I was looking for within the ALM System and he would go to the other Dealership and bring it to the Mall of GA location for my review. The new SUV was exactly as promised and then some. I had a strict budget and Marcelo worked very hard to get our numbers right. I was looking at many SUV's at many different Dealerships and none of them came close to the type of customer service I received by Marcelo Guevara and ALM - Mall of GA. I will definately buy my next vehicle from them.
