A really good experience
Bought a pre owned Lexus two months ago and it was a really good experience. Vehicle price was the best around and the sales person who helped was thorough but not pushy which was appreciated. It's been two months and I finally got to writing the review but the car which was bought for my daughter has been absolutely great!

Buyer Beware!!!
Run as fast as you can. Stay away! I bought a car a late model 2014. Noticed it had been painted they day after I bought it. It was repaired very very poorly. They told me tpo bring it back in they would "see what we could work out" . The next day the transmission blew out leaving me stranded on 75. This car had 17,000 miles. There was nothing they could do for me and said I needed to get it repaired at the dealer. it was repaired, and was told the damage was from it being flat towed, with all four tires on the ground. Thanks Goodness it was covered. My bank contacted me during this time and asked how the car was etc... I told them and they opened up a case with the dealer relations dept. So I get the car back and my sales rep calls me back up in arms that my bank was contacted about this. I was told to never step foot in the dealership again and then was hung up on. 2 days later I had a tire blowout, seems when the car was repaired the replced the tires with used tires. 1 week after that I could not drive the car because the bolts on the control arms were not tightened properly. I could have died, with no steering control. One of the bolts had completely fallen off and the other was on by about two turns. Having this car less than 2 months I am getting rid of it. I have zero confidence driving this car. And like the other reviewer said, this car had a completely clean CarFax. Sales rep assured me that this vehivle had never been in accident. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Affordable and pleasant
My husband and I were looking for a very specific vehicle but we had a very strict budget to stick to. Claudio got us the vehicle we were looking for and made the deal work with our budget. WARNING! Proceed with caution!
I hesitate to recommend this company highly because of the following. Proceed with caution!!! Interest Rate – Make sure that you know the exact interest rate before the deal is completed. We had secured a rate of 2.45 before the Used Car Mgr tweaked the monthly note rate to meet or beat the rate that we had. After the deal was finalized, the lending bank informed us that the actual rate was 2.75. Definitely did NOT beat our initial rate. Windshield Wipers – It was raining bullets when we test drove the car and very obvious that the wipers were shot. Our sales person assured us that they would put new wipers on before we left the dealership. By the time the deal was finalized, the Parts Dept. had closed and no one else had a key to the Parts Dept to retrieve the wipers. We had to drive 70 miles in a storm with busted wipers before stopping for the night. We requested that wipers be mailed to us and it took 3 weeks to get them. Make sure you close your deal before 8PM if something is needed from Parts. Key Fobs--Only 1 key fob came with the car. The salesperson was up front about letting us know that they did not deal with key at all. The problem is that to order a second key fob, which is a major need, costs $400. I would recommend that you check ahead and make sure the vehicle has 2 sets of keys or do not even visit the dealership. Staff Cordiality—Our salesman Josh was very nice and forthcoming. However, Shawn, the finance person, was a bit pushy, not forthcoming and just wanted us to hurry so he could go home for the day.

Awesome Service
I just want to recommend this dealership to the fullest. I had a wonderful sales man named Johnny Bass and he was amazing and really looking out for me. The main reason I even bought was because of him. All the staff was great too. If your looking for a car this is the place to go. I will definitely come back to them and recommend them to others. You will not regret it. I am very happy not only with their service but with my purchase.

I would give my Sales Rep, Keonn Storay, 10 stars!
Like I said above, I would give my sales man, Keonn Storay, 10 stars if I could. As well to ALM in Buford. Keonn never pushed me or hassled me at all. It was such a pleasure working with him. Any car I wanted to drive he would go and get the keys. I had him running around all over. Maybe not too much. Because I found my dream car in a wonderful Acura TL. It's gorgeous inside and out. They make sure to keep the cars in such good condition. Also, I don't think they even take cars if they are not in good condition. So, when it was time to close the deal, it was so smooth. The management at ALM are very friendly and of course, have to do their job. They do it well. I am so happy I went there and that I was lucky enough to have Keonn as my sales rep. Be sure to ask for him. He is so good, smart and will not push you at all. It was a great experience all the way around!

Family working with attitude
Paid for an 2011 Audi Q5 with 60,000. mile . I had to go to Jim Ellis Audi to get the engine light off because they did not have a code machine even thou it was free it was cost in time , and rush hour . I notice water when I left my car at the airport during this down pour . I taken it back to ALM they agreed to fix it and get the water out and check the blower . so we left the car there on a Friday and went back Monday to find the car wet and not repair while waiting the staff left the building . The costumer service lady is family related to someone in this company to explain her rude and nasty demeanor . I taken the car back to Jim Ellis and they were professional nice gave me a nice loaner while mine was getting fixed, it was a leaking seal and fix the bowler. common problem on higher end models so beware it was less then $300. dollars for the work wish I have went there from the beginning And they have a awesome showroom and staff . New clubman

Great experience!
I was on my way to another dealership and stopped in just to see what they had to offer. Claudio met me at my car immediately and was very professional and eager to help me find a car. He had 1 that was a possibility. He went above and beyond to help get the deal where I was comfortable with it and I couldn't pass it up. He was very, very easy to work with and I couldn't be happier. Definitely ask for Claudio when you stop in! You won't be disappointed.
