If I could give them a zero star I would. Worst dealership. I went in to purchase a car, but was met by a rude gentlemen. He didn't even tell us his name. We ask about some cars, which he didn't want to talk about. He left to look for a car, but then came back and told us to follow him. He took us to the every back of the lot (cold weather) to tell us he couldn't find the car. I ask him if he had any others in our price range and he said no and walked back inside. No thank you or anything. I had visited the one in Duluth and they were super nice, but don't wast your time here. Rudest people I have ever met. Acted like they could care less.

ALM has a fantastic selection of premium vehicles at great price points! My sales person Claudio was extremely courteous, knowledgeable about the car and very willing to answer any and all questions I had about the car, financing, delivery, etc. It was the most painless buying experience I have ever had.

Our experience at Mall of Georgia ALM was very good. Our sales representative, AJ, was very attentive and helpful in our process to find a vehicle that fit our needs. AJ accomplished more in one hour with us than other BIG dealerships did in 4. He listened to our needs and concerns and had several vehicles ready for us to look at. He did not try to oversell us on vehicles that were not within our price range. We really appreciated that! I would recommend working with AJ. You'll have a great experience with him.

From the first contact on the phone, to having our car detailed before we took delivery, the entire staff of ALM was professional and attentive. Kelly respected our time enough to ensure that the cars we wanted to see and the keys to the vehicles were present before we drove to ALM. She actively listened to us and only showed us vehicles that met our needs, wants, and budget. She made sure we found the vehicle we loved before we got down to numbers. There was no pressure AT ALL. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and explained the features without "selling" us on the car. Price and finance negotiations went smoothly and Shawn got the paperwork done quickly. The following morning I found that the price of the car was advertised in an online special for less than we had discussed and they honored the price right away. Even though we had signed docs the night before, Shawn continued to shop the loan until he got me the best rate. After dealing with numerous bait and switch shenanigans at other dealerships, ALM was a breath of fresh air. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and fair-everything you could ask for in a car buying experience. We will be back.

Enjoyed our time at the dealership. Our sales representative AJ was very courteous and attentive. Whatever we needed we had. His attention to our needs made our process go rather quickly. He accomplished more in 1 hour than a big named dealership accomplished in 4. I would definitely recommend this dealership and highly recommend seeing AJ.

Went to ALM mall of ga to look at a specific vehicle, salesman Claudio was very friendly and professional. I liked how we got right to the point without any persuasion to view other vehicles. This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience!
