Buyer beware of internet price read fine print. Once we arrived from an hour drive we where given full price which increased approx 3000.00 plus tax title fees etc. After some negotiations we did purchase but didn't feel we could trust anything they said. Made a very unpleasant buying experience.

Mike was fantastic in explaining what work was being done on my Jeep. Actually showed me the digital file of the mechanic working on my car. They did a great job!

Drivers side window regulator replacement.

Poor customer service, quoted one price given a higher price when completed. Video of diagnoses was a scam. Service manager refused to come and speak.

The sales manger lied about the discount, offered one...

The sales manger lied about the discount, offered one discount one day, Went back to finalize deal the next day and was told that discount on that car expired when I left the dealership the day before. Went to walk out, was offered the deal again then gave me the monthly payment but increased the term length by 12 months without telling me. Both times this was the sales manager trying to beat me for thousands at each attempt. The only reason I continued with the deal after the numbers were fixed was the salesman Brian Marsh was a true gentleman and I wanted him to have the sale. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tune up for 2009 Ram 1500.

John Merrill was the one who managed my service. He was clear on pricing and was able to get some reduction in cost. Work was done on weekend but there were no glitches.

Oil and Filter change

I had Richard for a service. Advisor, He took good care of me, this is my 3rd or 4th time going to Gettel Chrysler for service they have really impressed me. They really care about the quality of their service. I'd highly recommend them

Service Appointment

Made appt online. Kept me constantly informed via SMS, confirming appointment, etc. Dealership was clean well organized. waiting are was nice and permitted tables for working. service was pleasant and thorough. Service advisor Jordan was helpful and knowledgeable. I would return.
