The waiting room could use some new chairs and renovation. But that was over shadowed by everyone greeting hello, refreshments, and continuous follow up by Albert.

Dennis and Robert are good service and explain for me,thanks for helping me and let me understanding something problem form Acura. Brooklyn Acura service is better place fix cars.

I had a 7:00 appointment. Car was taken and serviced quickly. Service representative explained all services and fees ahead of time. I was in and out in 90 minutes

I've been using this dealership for service for the past 18 months or so. The most recent service, today 11/18/16 was worth the trip. Everything I wanted done was handled properly and ON TIME! Very satisfied.

ALBERT DID A GREAT JOB ORGANING THE SERVICES AND EXPLAINING ALL OF THE DETAILS. HE WAS VERY POLITE, WELL ORGANIZED, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. ALBERT MADE SUGGESTIONS BASED ON HIS EXPERTISE.

Great Service with Heather Fornino and Dennis (Technician from service) it had been awhile since i brought my vehicle from this dealer and received bad customer service and sale from last year. i had return to this dealer due to changed of management and service ( give it a try). i had met with Heather Fornino, ( New Manager from Service) she is a great person, willing to listen to your past issue and service experience. and willing to help and assist for all needs with your vehicle.

Everything was good just one recommendation for the technicians to be more careful as now 2nd time that my wheel lock key wasn't given to me but luckily unlike the first time i checked before leaving the shop and they were able to find it.

I brought my car in for a regular oil change. However, Richard B. took the initiative and went the extra mile of informing me of critical service needed. Richard B. was nice and professional - explaining to me why I needed to have the repairs done. I strongly recommend Richard B. and the entire service team. Keep up the good work. Abe
