Very Nice Experience!

While we did not make a deal this time, (I haven't made any deal yet.) Henry Alvarez is a super nice salesman who represents this firm with integrity and class; I highly recommend to anyone to work with him as he will make you a really new & happy customer!

service of my Acura RDX

I went to Plaza for maintenance of my acura and for inspection. I was told I need to change the rear differential fluid also. All this was handled courteously and professionally by the staff. I was very satisfied with the work performed.

My lease was close to end when I stopped by Acura for service. bryant was quick to pick that up and while my current vehicle was getting worked on by Alicia, bryant gave me my options. It made so much sense to get a new vehicle, i saw a lot of familiar faces which made the experience smooth. Forever an Acura of Brooklyn customer, wether its to buy a new car or work on my current car.

Fast, yet efficient service visit

Came in for my scheduled maintenance and was kindly greeted and taken care of by Albert. He was wonderful to work with. Very professional, informative, and reliable. I was kept up to date with the progress and estimated time til completion. Albert also gave me a detailed description of the condition of my vehicle and assured me that everything went well and that I'm all set for the Winter season.

World class service, best experience I had in a long time

Me and my wife were shopping around for a new car something bigger than our Nissan Sentra. We went to a few places and friend recommended me to Acura of Brooklyn due to new their awesome experience. When we went we were greeted very nicely and was taken care of quick NO WAIT. Bryant was the sales person who helped me. Asked many question of what I needed and recommend best car that would fit my needs. I was on a strict budget and still had a year on my Nissan lease. After taking to his manager Diony, they got me and my wife a remarkable deal and slightly below budget which was perfect. Drove out with a 2017 Acura RDX same day. New management at Acura really makes a difference and the environment was very friendly and I didn't feel hassled like the previous dealerships I visited. Best experience so far. Would deff. Recommend Acura of Brooklyn and deff. Would go again to see Bryant

Exceptional Service

This is the first time that I can truly say that I am completely satisfied with Acura's service - I have owned an Acura for 11 years and this is the first time that someone truly listened to what my concerns were - Ms. Heather cared and patiently took note of my concerns and took care of them - I would now recommend this service center to all my Acura friends/owners - it's about time that Acura lived up to its name - Caring, Patience, a good listener and empathy for their customers.

Excellent service

Excellent, courteous, very efficient service, advisors in dealership service area were very helpful, in and out in short time, nobody tried to upsell, good people working there !!!

Service with a smile
