Never lease a car from this dealer!

I leased my sixth Acura from this dealer and the car is a "lemon." After dealing with them for more than 20 years as a very loyal customer they accepted no responsibility for the problem and did nothing to resolve the problem. The Service Department was uncooperative, rude and belligerent and I was treated with disdain and disrespect. And that says nothing about the Management of Acura of Brooklyn who refused to get involved. So much for customer loyalty! They only want to know you when you have no problems with their cars. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

Paula is absolutely amazing and one of the best in the indus

Paula is absolutely amazing at one of the best For the customer service I am so happy with what she did for me and for the car this is a great place and Paula deserves an award for customer satisfaction also her general manager is a sweetheart very knowledgeable and helpful as I was taken care of from start to finish thank you so much Paula I really appreciate all your help

terrible experience with service department.

after servicing my car, i noticed a terrible odor emanating from the passenger compartment. service department at first refused to take responsibility for this then after much haggling agreed to have the car cleaned. when the car was brought in for the cleaning, service department refused to clean it. cannot trust them.

Very easy transaction

The salespeople were very helpful. This is the 4th Acura I have leased from them and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know

service mgr Heather wrote the book on customer service.

your service manager Heather is a great example of fine customer service. her greeting and manner were extremely warm and cordial. all customer service people should have her attitude. i dont know if it can taught i think this is just the way she is as a person

Second time going to this location... Great service!

Second time going to this location and they are pleasure to pull up too... The first time I went they took care of me... and the second time they were busy and advised they couldn't take me , but the manager was so nice about it... I waited until the next day. Amazing staff!

Great

It was no heat in the waiting area... it was very cold and uncomfortable... no one came to explain the situation or even ask if we would like to move to another area while waiting...

Excellent very helpful

Excellent service, very understanding workers! Fully understood the issue and dealt with it and pointed out all other issues recommended for fixing! Will be sticking with Acura Of Brooklyn for a very long time.

More than I expected

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and transmission trouble. Not only was this fixed and under warranty I might add, but they also found an oil leak that I had no clue about. Great customer service and great service overall.
