This dealerships service dept is a rip-off to customers
This dealerships service dept is a rip-off to customers who really no nothing about vehicles. They lie and inflate repair prices. Never will they ever touch my vehicle again. I was told my radiator fans were burnt out and would cost $1600 to repair. I took my vehicle home, removed the fans and tested them and they worked. Because, I am mechanically inclined, I tested the coolant sensor and the radiator sensor and found the problem. I replaced the sensors and the cooling system functioned normally. For two cooling sensors, at $30 dolars apiece. Customer beware, get a second opinion for you repairs before allowing this dealerships service dept to rip you off. Minus 0 is their rating.

Never again!!! I will use my review for every media outlet that will allow me to do so. Just to show customers that this is what they get when you don't know if these people are lying to you or not....BEWARE!! Scandalous, Untrustworthy managers. Always ask for the parts they claim to have repaired back to have them check by a trustworthy establishment.
Horrible
I went to their body shop to do a simple oil change. Went in at 11:30am and had to wait about 5 hours.. After getting my car at 4:30, I found that they had damaged my car. Apparently they said they “fixed” my BRAND NEW car THREE TIMES, and yet the damage has gotten worse and worse. I called the general manager thinking he would solve this issue. But instead he yelled at me. What happened to respect? How ridiculous! Thank god I found that damage. If I never did they would have just went on with their day without a care in the world. Never go to this Acura dealership. This place is horrible and a waste of your time. They will steal money right out of your hands and will not care about your concerns. Save yourself a trip and find a more professional and respectful place. Your welcome.

Gave the car in for an oil cahage, took 2hrs and $100
Gave the car in for an oil cahage, took 2hrs and $100 which is fine. Then was told I need some things flushed (transmission etc.) They said they can do it in a hour and they did,but I got charged 4rhsfor the job because they rushed the job. I'm stilling waiting for management to call and apologize for the mistake.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Accura
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Accura Brooklyn. I recently purchased a new RDX 2023 from them and it has been nothing but a headache since. When I first arrived, the sales team was overly friendly and offered me discounts to make the sale. However, it all went downhill from there. When it came time for registration, I requested for it to be sent to the dealer so I could pick it up. They agreed to this, but when I called to check on it a few days before the temporary registration expired, nobody answered the phone. When I finally went in person, the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful, simply telling me to come back on Monday. When I returned on Tuesday, the person I spoke with told me that the registration had already been sent to my address, despite my original request. When I called to confirm, the lady at the sales desk told me to come in and pick it up. When I arrived, they claimed to have never received anything and told me to come back in three weeks. Throughout this entire ordeal, Accura and Honda in this location showed absolutely no responsibility for their customer. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely wasted my time. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them, as their customer service is a complete disaster. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by finding a different dealership to work with. There are plenty of other options out there that will treat you with respect and provide quality service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your next car purchase. I just wanted to give Moni (517) a quick shout-out and say thanks for saving my butt with my registration. Seriously, you totally came through and saved me like three whole weeks of stress and frustration. I really appreciate your help and your super cool attitude
