Billal assisted me today in purchasing my 2021 Acura RRX. He was professional and patient and at no time was pushy. He made the process of trading in my old car and using it as a down payment towards my new car smooth and painless. Will definitely recommend going here again for my next purchase

Billal was great to deal with, start to finish. Responsive. Clear communicator. Very professional and a great demeanor. Quick clean transparent convo on pricing terms for the vehicle. Good vibe from all of the staff, including the owner, who said hello, and Jeff in admin. Great experience. And I do love my Acura. Spotless.

Bilal made this very easy for me. My first time getting a car, he guided me and help me get into a car within a week. Very pleased! Ewa was also very helpful in helping me as well. I’d highly recommend Acura of Brooklyn to anyone.

I love the service and effort that was made by Dante to keep me informed about my options while shopping around for a car. I walked out of the dealership with a preowned TLX in great condition and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Dante for all your help!

This is my second time working with Dante at this location. Very smooth and easy process just like the first time. Thanks to his knowledge and customer service I walked out with a new Aspec TLX. Very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend.

I had my appointment at 12 pm for a simple diagnostics of...

I had my appointment at 12 pm for a simple diagnostics of my vehicle. They had me waiting from 12 pm to 4:30 pm. I drove 90 mins one way; I basically used 7 hours and 30 mins of my time getting a simple diagnostic. Admittedly, they explained the issue and the amount needed for the repair. However, they did not provide the page that showed the exact costs for service and part. I called back for a copy, they proceeded to state that they do not provide that page unless I pay for the services needed first. In a bout of greed, they refused to provide the information that I paid for, to the make the most calculated decision regarding my vehicle. I will never return to that dealership for my car servicing needs. Subpar professionalism. Extremely disappointed.

Walked in and worked with Dante, He gave me a great deal on an Acura MDX, I traded in my old car and got a pretty good trade-in amount for it. Thanks to the General Manager and Dante for working with me on my new car.
