Disappointment in overall service

No checkpoint list provided. Mechanic recommended filter change. Not done because service was too busy. Took 1.5 hours to change oil. Employees limited knowledge.

to test drive a Soul

would recommend to any one looking for a Soul to visit Mike Dews in Dodge and go from there explaining to him what u wanted.He Answers any question u can think of and will guide u thru the process. Great experience andlOVE my Soul.

Friendly Experience

Great friendly sales staff. Second time buying a car there. Their was a mishap with the Finance team but after a few calls they were able to take care of the problem. Will definitely go back.

Our Visit to discuss return of leased car

This salesman, finance manage and the operations manage were all extremely knowledgeable in going from a lease deal to a purchase deal making the transition simple and easy. This is our third Kia Sportage from Jim Click and would use this dealership again.

Extremely friendly and not pushy! Blanca our sales person was fantastic. Everyone from the Scott and Kyle from finance department to the detailers were wonderful and values our time. Good job!

Sorrento

We purchased a new Kia Sorrento at a sales event at the TCC. We were treated with respect and courtesy throughout the process. While the whole process from start to finish took longer than we had planned (almost seven hours) we were happy with the successful completion of the purchase. Each of the employees we dealt with were polite, professional, and capable.
