Maintenance for life
I went in for service and maintenance and also needing a New tire . And both labor and tire were provided at no additional cost as part of my maintenance for life and I was very satisfied how easy it was to bring my car in and get it fixed with no problems .

We would have been first-time Kia owners. Our sales rep, Caleb, was polite and informative. However, $5193 over MSRP for a Sorento PHEV? No thanks. Perhaps other customers fall for the "high-demand" nonsense, but there are other vehicles competing in this market segment without a gouge like this, many carrying premium brand names and ownership experiences.

This dealer is very shady. Their business practices are far less than ethical. My wife tried to buy a sportage from them with a FICO score well into the 750+and she encountered: A salesman that tried to disguise a discount far less than what was quoted Finance manager changed the terms of the deal unilaterally without informing my wife My wife had a trade in owned by me andThey failed to make the pay off on the trade in and falsely told the líen holder that I stated that I would make the pay off directly.. I was never informed as the legal owner of the car. They bypassed me and contacted the lien holder directly. This caused major problems for me as accusations of attempted fraud were made against my wife by the lien holder Everything about the attempted purchase was unethical on the dealer side DO NOT TRY TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE AT BEST ARE UNETHICAL IN MY OPINION!!

Had appt at 9:30 and was told about one and a half hour...
Had appt at 9:30 and was told about one and a half hour wait. After one hour and 45 min, asked how soon? Was told our car was not even started yet! I came from way East side of town, and had another appt at noon. Had to leave without my car even looked at. It's the worst! The people there don't even care! I asked why did I even need an appt time? Taking my car someplace else!

If you like getting your car serviced at the dealership...
If you like getting your car serviced at the dealership where you bought it,, then don't buy from Jim Click. Worst service department experience ever. We made an appointment for 9:30 am 3 weeks in advance, drove an hour to get there and arrived on time. After checking in we were told it would take about 1.5 hours and be done around 11:00 am. After sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours and no communication with us, we asked where our car was. We were told they hadn't even started on it yet and it wouldn't be done until 3:00 pm. We didn't have all day to sit there. They knew when we checked in that it would be delayed and could have rescheduled our appointment, but they let us sit there, wasting our time without a word to us. What's the point of having an appointment?

Service department has the WORST customer service I've ever had! They won't call you and let you know whats wrong with your car or when it will be finished. Totally Unacceptable! Never again will I buy from Jim Click Kia... or any of Click's dealerships!

Do not ask to see an invoice to find out if you are being ripped off. They will stop all contact with you. Typical car dealer. Ryan I really thought you were different but turns out you are all about making money off of customers what a shame. Caleb you did great and are new at Jim Click Kia. If I were you I would go work for a auto dealership that has respect for its customers.

Spoke with Val over the phone to see about an oil change. She said only by appointment. I agreed and then she said there are no openings til mid April. Are you effin kiddin me?! Service must be that HORRIBLE if u can't do a simple $45 oil change until mid April. No wonder your ratings are low. 👎👎

All I could say is this dealership is horrible. Salespeople on professional sales manager behind the desk all eating fast food talking to you. Tried to steal our trade. dealership itself a building is old and nasty. Went across the street to precision Toyota and boy what a difference. Very clean facility and was treated very professional. Wound up buying a new hybrid RAV4 at precision Toyota.
