We purchased a Kia Optima, Patricia was very helpful and pleasant. We process was quick and non-stressful. I think the Optima is a good looking car and I'm enjoying it

My 2016 Kia Forte

I can't thank Scott, the manager, and Aaron Greenberg @ the Kia Dealership, on Wetmore, for being so courteous and helpful. I came in with a problem and very frustrated and Scott was so understanding and kind. I purchased a new 2016 Kia Forte because of their thoughtfulness and could not be more pleased. I have already spoke to my friends and have recommended this dealership to them. Buying my car was extremely easy. I can't give any stars to "Quality of Repairs" because it's a new car, but I had to fill it in to move forward. But when needed, I'm sure it will be a good experience. I am a very happy customer!!!!!

Great Job Jim Click Kia!

My wife went down to Jim Click Kia to check on the process for turning in our Sorrento lease and to look for a new car to replace it. Scott the manager worked with her to find the right car at the right price and made the the whole experience awesome. The new Optima is the right fit for us at this time. My wife loves it. Thanks for everything!

Outstanding dealership on Wetmore

I was very impressed with Jim Click Kia and its difficult to impress me. Their customer service and knowledge is top notch. I have never been in and out of a dealership when purchasing a new car so fast and painless as I experienced with this dealer. In addition, the salespeople worked their behinds off to get the best rate possible for me. The icing on the cake was getting FREE oil changes and tire rotations. What a great experience! Pat

On 29Jan 09, we purchased a new 2008 $25,500 KIA Sportage EX with most of the bells and whistles for $17,500. Everyone we dealt with were friendly, accommodating and willing to negotiate. It was well worth the 160 mile round trip to Tucson,AZ. We would recommend Desert KIA to any and all. Andy-Tombstone, AZ

Don't waste your time, energy or effort in visiting this...

Don't waste your time, energy or effort in visiting this dealer, as they will not waste any of theirs on you. Staff were alternately rude, ineffective or simply unresponsive (I have one email that was never replied to after over a month.) Considering the fact that on our visit we were the only customers in the showroom and that Kia makes competent but by no means top of the line cars, I would recommend an overhaul in the customer service department.

I got the pleasure of working Roxane Robles she helped me get into my new 2008 Kia Sorento, I got a great price and I saved 2% cause I didn't pay city sales tax.
