Excellent Purchasing Experience
The sales person, Dan Fiehrer, was very polite and helpful. The sale went quickly and the dealership was clean and beautiful. I love my new SUV. The bathrooms were spotless. The mini kitchen offered a variety of coffees etc. Overall an excellent customer experience and product.

Buick Owner and Great Service
Worked with Dan Fiehrer on the purchase lease of a new Buick Enclave. Dan made the process easy and enjoyable. He was very helpful in the return process of my existing lease. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable of the electronics of the new car. He took the time to go over and demonstrate the different systems in the car. I have been a customer of Fiehrer Motors since 1995 and have purchased or leased numerous vehicles. I have recommended Fiehrer Motors to my family and friends. exceptional service
I had a dead battery that I could not jump to restart. I called service. They advised me to have the car towed in. It was on a Saturday. They bent over backwards to service the car and get me back on the road. They were exceptional. Kudos to this dealership.

Service is important for low-mileage vehicles
The dealership makes you feel like you are at home. They explain to you what needs to be done to your car for service. What to look forward to servicewise. In my case, I put around 100 miles per month on the car, but that doesn't mean that certain items that will need service should be neglected to keep your GM product running in tip top shape. I always have had an excellent experience with Fiehrer Motors. When I do stop by for service, I like talking, not only the people in service, but the people in sales as well. They keep informed as to what is on the lot, just in case I'm ready, but I'm not one to readily trade-in. Fiehrer Motors is happy to explain all the new improvements on the new vehicles, just as service is happy to explain any item that needs my attention on my current Buick. Buick builds a car that you can depend on. That is something that should be in the mind of everyone in the market for a new car. I've been extremely happy with my purchase from Fiehrer. The service department is there to guide you in keeping your purchase working optimally. Together, sales and service at Fiehrer, know that they will using the very same roads that you will be using and want you to have an enjoyable, worry-free, solid Buick driving experience.
