Great Experience

Purchased my Buick in August. Went to Fiehrer for service. Easy, fast and friendly. Great job!

Good job Fiehrer GMC

There was a warning about the StabiliTrak system not functioning properly. I brought my truck in and it was checked by the technicians at Fiehrer. No problem was found, they did have to reset something, which meant I needed to pair my phone again. The tech paired my phone and all is well. L. Ellis Cincinnati, OH

Fierher Motors

The staff has always been kind and helpful. I am not sure who designed this building but it is awesome. Clean and neat. I love the fact when I bring my vehicle in for service you just pull up, beep the horn and the doors open. It is awesome to pull in so that if it's raining or snowing the customer doesn't get wet.

Fiehrer Motors is the best dealership in Cincy!!

Dan Fiehrer has this amazing super power. I bring him little 2-door Honda coupes w 100K miles on them, and he magically turns them into bright, shiny new GM vehicles! Last time I bought a car from Dan was in 2001. A beautiful emerald green Pontiac Grand Am GT 6-cylinder that was a joy to drive and also held up like a faithful soldier over the years. I had that car for 11 years before I eventually donated it to the Goodwill. Great little car, that Grand Am. Lots of good memories. And now today...I'm a happy customer once again! Allow me to introduce.... Miss Ruby Jean, my new red 2016 Buick Encore!!! Ain't she pretty? And let me just tell you that it's worth a trip out to Hamilton to buy your next vehicle. I drove 100 miles from Cbus to visit Fiehrer Motors and see what Dan had available on the lot. Originally I had my mind set on a GMC Terrain (due to the need to haul my products to local craft shows). But I also wondered if that might be 'too much car' for me. Dan asked if I'd ever seen the Buick Encore. We took it for a spin, he explained the pros and cons of each vehicle, and let me make the call. Never tried to pressure me or upsell me on the bells and whistles. Instead, he wanted to make sure that I found the car that I'd be happy with and that fit my budget. He even took a tape measure to check the storage/hauling space and make sure my portable table would fit! Who takes the time to do that?!? People with great customer service skills do, that's who. I'm absolutely confident that I've found exactly what I want & need in the Buick Encore. And I'm sure I'll love it just as much 10 years from now. So, friends....if you are in the greater Cincy area (or the Cbus area) and want to buy a car from a family-owned dealership without the high pressure, I would HIGHLY recommend you take a quick trip out to Hamilton, Ohio to visit Fiehrer Buick GMC. Trust me, you will have a great experience! And extra bonus....this dealership supports the local county fair's 4-H livestock auction--and that right there gets '2 thumbs up' from this country girl!! Thanks so much, Dan! I love my new red SUV!!

Always know my service will be quick and thorough

My van is always serviced quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate the communication of the advisors, William and Ryan always ensure my van is getting the proper services and are good at explaining any issues discovered during routine maintenance. Been a customer from purchase at 16 miles to now 178,000 miles and would never consider another dealership.

Customer service and sales staff

Sales staff is professional and not pushy. Customer service is courteous, friendly and prompt in scheduling and performing work. Overall it is delightful to do business with Fiehrer Motors.

New Vehicle Purchase
