Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Purchased a 2016 Enclave, great looking vehicle. Salesman(Ken) assured me that the car was checked out by service with no issues. Within a week the power fluid was low so I added some. 3 days later I had to add fluid again, so I called the dealership to get it checked out. Service looked at it and replaced a gasket and seal. I wanted a 100k mile service since they had it so I paid an additional $1000 for a transmission flush, engine flush, and spark plug replacement. Upon inspection they found the brakes at 0mm. I questioned if the initial service was done like they said because all these issues would’ve been corrected. They lied to me. While being serviced they had a the car for 6 days. Picked it up, 3 days later I’m having to add power steering fluid again. Took it back in to be serviced, now I’ve been told it needs a power steering pump. This pump was leaking when I purchased it and they refused to cover this issue. I understand when buying a used car, you get what you pay for. However no one expects to pay an additional 2k on a car they’ve purchased in under 30 days. I originally purchased through a dealership because I thought they would stand behind their product. I was obviously wrong . I’m very disappointed with the outcome. My advice to anyone looking for a used car DON’T go to this dealership. They lie and don’t stand behind their product.

Their service department lies to you over the phone about costs and then doubles their price once you’ve showed up for the appointment. I’ll never be back.
