Kia of Dartmouth

Salesman Alex was Great!!! However, dealership posted what I feel is a deceptive price on all the online car shopping sites just to get me in (and in my opinion, they probably did that to earn the GREAT DEAL rating on those sites). Price was actually $1000 higher than what I saw online. Scroll way down on the dealer's website & you'll see "price reflects $1000 cash down or trade." I ended up buying my car from a dealer that was upfront online about the REAL price of the car. This deceptive practice wasted my time, the salesman's time, and more importantly; my family's time. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at Kia of Dartmouth. My family and I visited the dealership 9/8/2018 to buy a Kia Sedona that was advertised on many online sites for $20,379.

Dealer has misleading price on all the used car search engines as marketing tactic to get the "Great Deal" rating on all those sites and get you into the dealership. Actual price is $1000 more than what you'll see online. Scroll WAY DOWN to the end of the dealer's website and it says, "...reflects $1000 cash down or trade. In other words, the price highlighted on the page is REALLY the price AFTER you give them $1000. I went to other dealers and their prices were what was advertised (or lower). The dealer I ended up buying the car from, was upfront about the price and got my business because they were honest. Kia of Dartmouth could have gotten my money, but instead got a bad review.

I walked into the dealership with low expectations. Dave Beard approached me, I told him my abysmal situation with my credit and no possibility of a down payment. He took me in and looked up cars that fit my expectations. He then showed me the most awesome SUV that he said would best fit my personal financial situation. I loved it immediately and then he said, "let's go and make it yours". We went back into the dealership and a couple hours later I drove off with my new SUV. I never thought that it would be possible that I would have a new SUV that day. He made it possible. He is my hero. I am forever grateful. He changed the impression I had of car salesman forever. I will recommend him to all my friends that are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. He deserves a raise! He is awesome. He also called me today to just check in, so cool. Thanks again.

I went into Kia of Dartmouth wanting a new vehicle, but believing I would never be approved for one. I had no money down, and my credit is less than good. My sales rep, David Beard greeted us at the door. He was very personable and welcoming, and he made me feel comfortable right from the start. I told him my situation, he did some research, and then took me to look at cars that he believed were right for me. Four hours later I drove my new SUV out of the dealership. Dave was awesome. He dispelled all the previous assumptions I had about car salesmen. I can not thank him enough!

Just wanna say thank you to Keith lourenco and josh brags for getting me into a new Kia Forte. I was actually looking for a used car and they were able to get me into a new one! Great job guys!

It took a couple of hours. I left with the car the same day. They were very professional and courteous. They gave me the car at the price I wanted and checked up on me to ensure I was happy.

Not you usual typical dealership where they play games and trying to rip people off. A young gentleman named Noor approached me with kindness and respect. me and my wife felt very comfortable. long story short we ended up buying the car and it was a great experience dealing with the staff at Kia of Dartmouth.
