Had a great experience. Wasn't really looking to buy but loved the inventory. No pressure and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to this dealership with pre approval from capital one. Made it clear of what our monthly payments needs to be in the begin a mind also asked that we didn’t have mult credit pulls done and we were assured that they wouldn’t do that. While waiting for them to come back with a decision mind you they never asked for the pre approval letter that we had theybran our credit mult times. And then came back and stared that the better deal would be to get us in a new car. After taking a new car for a ride we had expressed concerns as to is this going to fit in our budget and we were assured they would try and make it work. They came back with payment a double what we said our make was and when we got upset and I made statements that why did we waste time looking st a new car that was double to cost the salesmen stayed that we wasted his time as well. Not happy at all with the experience just be honest we wouldn’t have been upset if they had just said sorry we cannt make it work. Instead misleading and rude is what we got

David DeOliveira is, hands down, the best sales person I have ever worked with ( having purchased 6 vehicles over the last 15-20 years). I passed up an offer on a dealership that was close to my work because I wanted to purchase from David. He explained every detail of the vehicles we were interested in and allowed us to come in a second time to see how our family fit in them. We purchased 2 new vehicles and he respectfully listened to our needs and we never felt pressured. Overall Kia of Dartmouth is a great dealership. The sales and business managers were very down to earth and easy to deal with and the parts manager was extremely helpful as well.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a young man by the name of Arthur Lauzier. He was a very professional, no nonsense type of salesman. My wife and I were purchasing a vehicle for our daughter and he got us an amazing deal right off the bat with no high pressure sales tactics. The thing that stuck out the most in our experience was Several hours after we purchased a vehicle we received a phone call asking us how our ride home was and thanking us for our business.We also received a phone call the following week Just checking in to make sure everything was going well.As I said before Arthur is a true professional and Kia of Dartmouth is lucky to have an employee like him.
