My experience at Kia of Dartmouth

If it was for David Deoliveria, I wouldn't have been able to purchase my vehicle. I was satisfied with my visit to Kia of Darttmouth. Not only was his helpful, he was honest. I recommended a few of my friends to him and I will continue to do so.

Outstanding Customer Service

Good dealership. David DeOliveria was our sales associate. Dave was professional, listened intently, answered our questions, provided us with vehicle and financing options, and the best part- there was no pressure and the sale was transparent. I’ve been to other dealerships being too pushy with their hidden agendas. My wife and I were happy.

Very Happy!!!

The building is very attractive and fun with the big balloons. My daughter and I came over to see a Honda Pilot that they had. They were open until 8 PM which is a great benefit and probably why we even went to this dealership. We didn't arrive until after 6:30 pm but were warmly greeted by David de Oliveira. He was a great help in the buying process and we never felt rushed. We were then assisted by the business manager, Ricardo who also was very personable and did not rush us through this process although it was getting close to 8 pm. We purchased the 2012 Honda Pilot, which we love. We had two young children with us and there was an activity room for them to play in. However, when they ran around the showroom, David assured us it was fine. Gave them a balloon and they had fun. This was the best buying experience we have had. Thank you David and Ricardo. You guys are the best!!!!!

Nice car buying experience

I went into the dealership with the idea of just looking. I was approached by the salesperson, Keith. He was great, took the time to ask what I was looking for and took the time to ask questions of what I would be doing with the car. Had neve leased before, and he took the time to explain the differences and benefits of either leasing or buying. He knew his product and answered all my questions. Great salesperson, and yes I did lease.

Love my optima

I went there to see a optima, and that is what i got. Thanks to Keith and the managers who helped me find the 1 and in my budget. ill never buy from anyone else again! Great job KIA of Dartmouth you got me for life !

Great Dealership, Super Salesman

I have bought or leased 4 Kia's with a super salesman, Keith Lourenco! Keith knows his vehicles and was able to compare his car vs a competitors car that I was looking at. He went out of his way to work with me to get the deal that I wanted. If you are looking for a great dealership and a good salesperson, ask for Keith. LOL, he even jokes that he is KIA, Keith Is Awesome, and I have to agree.
