To be honest.
To be honest. Kyle a great car sales man. I was not sure what to expect. They were friendly courteous and eager to help. They went above and beyond to get me the exact drink I wanted even thou they did not have it available. The Finance manager my African Brother was very friendly and explained the entire package. He shopped to lower my payment from where it was originally and also checked based on the current mileage if a certain amount will be fine under the warranty. It was the easiest car purchase I ever made or should I say finance. My African brother and I was socialising while closing the deal even thou we met for the first time. It was like we knew each other. Should I say that they need a thousand more of Kyle personality. I’m not sure If that’s their driven policy. But Kyle staid with me even after the store was closed shopping for an insurance to make sure I could drive off the lot. They closed at about 5:30PM normally and Kyle was there until almost 8:PM. The finance manager my African brother was also waiting to make sure all goes well. I was by the service area some days after for routine stuff and I was told Peter the manager wanted to see me. He made the topic very friendly and easy to work with base on what I needed to do. I would recommend Courtesy car dealership a billion times over. Great customer service and people obsession. Thank you Courtesy Car dealership. I hope Kyle got a good picture with me standing infront of the truck that night cause it was a little dark (😆).

Bait-and-Switch Tactics – Be Cautious I contacted this dealership after seeing a specific car listed online. Their internet sales team responded quickly—only to tell me that the car was already sold. However, the ad was still live on their website and third-party platforms, even after I pointed this out and asked them to remove it. It’s very frustrating and feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. They try to lure you in with a car that isn’t actually available, then attempt to redirect you to other vehicles. If the car is sold, the listing should be taken down immediately—anything less is misleading. I recommend exercising caution and calling ahead to confirm actual availability before wasting your time.
