Bill would rather argue than listen, trying to get
Bill would rather argue than listen, trying to get answers on why my tires are bald at 20k miles and he just wants to fight. Oil changes take much too long. No reason I should be there 1+ hour everytime I get my oil changed. My car always sits in parking lot for 20+ minutes before going in garage. What's the point of an appointment when you guys dont uphold your end of the time agreement.

I have going to Courtesy for many years. It's always been a great experience.i have the lifetime oil changes on my car. You guys check the whole car when doing the oil changes. My car now has about 123,000 miles, and is still in great working condition. I credit your company for that because of the service!

Car is a lemon.
Car is a lemon. Overheated less than 24hrs after purchase with lights on the dashboard.. 5 days into July still having the same issue

We bought the car on a Thursday and it took over a week
We bought the car on a Thursday and it took over a week to pick up. Salesman kept telling my husband there was a problem. With paperwork or they were waiting for car. My husband pick up the car and now the check engine light is on
