Tony was terrific to deal with. He only showed us the cars we wanted and in our price range. He didn’t try to “upgrade” to more expensive options.

Hello all, please take note that this car was towed in with no appointment, as for the vehicle itself, Courtesy took all measures to diagnose and advise customer of needed repairs that were more than a ball joint that had snapped. Vehicle needed a new right front axle assy due to being snapped out of the transmission and links, as well as an alignment. Parts were ordered as soon as approval of repairs, and corrected within 1 day of when parts arrived at dealership. We are sorry that customers do not understand that repairs and parts take time, also nothing was hidden from this customer; due to the lack of maintenance and the run-ability issues car has. With that said, please feel free to bring your vehicle to another facility for your repairs and see how long it takes with no appointment. Have a great day.
