Joey extended exceptional customer service to me . He explained everything in details and I felt confident with the service that occurred. I was even offered a discount and that was very appreciated.

Great service

The maintenance personnel are very professional and took of the problem. The other Volkswagen -Tacoma Volkswagen tried to sell us a new car and told us the air bag is not covered.

outstanding warranty service

The people and the service were outstanding, the time wait for replacement modules was intolerable (2 weeks), but the automatic provision of a loaner car was great.

Low pressure, knowledgable staff.

Roy Miranda, our sales person, was easy going and I didn't feel pressured by the process. I would recommend this place!

Straight forward and easy!

Very low pressure experience. Simple and streamlined purchasing experience, from the time of arrival, to the last signature on the paperwork. I had the pleasure to work with Galvin, and it shows, that he truest enjoys what he does, and that is by giving the customer the best overall experience. 2 thumbs up for him. Ultimately Galvin and the team there at VW of Olympia gets it, and because of that, it was one of the easiest, stress free car purchases I have been part of. And I have purchased a lot of vehicles from various dealers.

New car

At first I dreaded having to buy a new car because in the past I have had some negative experiences. This time it was different. It was very personal. I felt listened to and well accommodated. Staff is as very helpful und again personal.

The service writer, Jim did a wonderful job. Very courteous and accommodating. Would certainly recommend making him as the go to for future service help and scheduling.

Great fast service

I felt safe in the service area. They take COVID safety protocols seriously. But they will send multiple surveys about your experience which is very annoying.
